  • Brigantine Island~a quiet island neighborhood close to Atlantic City NJ.
    Only 2 1/2 blocks to a uncrowded beach with life guards and 1/2 block to the bay where there is a small boardwalk with benches to watch the sunset. Also a public boat ramp and fishing pier. ~One floor living on the closest barrier island from the Ben Franklin and Walt Whitman bridges out of Philadelphia at the end of the Atlantic City Expressway. Only about one hour drive from the bridges.
    ~ A raised, furnished one floor cape cod house with new kitchen cabinets and appliances. Stacked washer and dryer conveniently. placed in the kitchen corner.
    ~ Has 2 Bedrooms ~ sleeps 5, two queen beds and one twin. Bring your own sheets and towels. One bathroom.
    ~Kitchen has table with chairs, deep corner sink, full dishwasher, electric cooking, refrigerator, microwave and stacked washer/dryer.
    ~We have a huge gated front porch with a love seat, chairs and a rocking chair. Also a small table and chairs for your morning coffee. Perfect for young children to be with their parents and still enjoy running around.
    ~Kitchen window overlooks a private deck with table and chairs overlooking a maple tree and garden.
    ~The 12 deck steps lead down to a fenced in back yard with a grill. A hammock chair hangs from the tree. A great place to read a book in the shade.
    ~Living room has lots of comfortable seating and an air purifier
    ~Free WIFI.
    ~Professionally cleaned by “A Shore Maid” between each tenant. “A Shore Maid” has been cleaning shore properties for 25 years
    ~Beach tags and beach chairs are included and found under the porch.
    ~Ten minutes from Atlantic City Marina Casinos-Fifteen minutes from Atlantic City boardwalk, casinos, entertainment, dining. ~ There is a Golf Course, Pickle Ball courts, fishing, jet ski, wave runners and boating available on Brigantine Island.
    -The house is within walking distance to convenience stores, restaurants and churches. Four blocks to WAWA.
    ~Small to medium dogs are welcome. We charge $300 pet fee for your dog.
    ~Come down and enjoy the sea, the uncrowded beach and fresh air!

Staying at this beautiful beach home was a wonderful way to spend a beach vacation. The house was stocked with everything that you need. And the owner chris was very reliable. The location was incredible. Nice walk to the beach and the bay sunset is heavenly!!

Nice clean house. Very short walk to beach. Yard was great for our dogs. Communication with the owner was easy with fast response. I would definitely recommend staying here

Lovely beach bungalow. Clean Comfortable and we’ll located.

Easy, prompt communication with the owners. The house is just as it loooks in pictures and very clean, quiet and well maintained. We had everything we needed for a week’s stay.

Dog Friendly getaway

Place is small but had everything we needed. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi would drop out a lot. For us that wasn’t that important since we were there to disconnect.

Great little beach house

Classic beach house. Enough room for our family of 5 and the dog. Fenced backyard a plus. The porch on the front was like having an extra room. Easy walk to the beach and even shorter stroll to the Cove for incredible sunsets. Living room had plenty of seating and board games. Kitchen was well equipped and the air conditioning was cold but we kept windows open on our mild days and the breeze was refreshing. Check in and communication with owners couldn’t have been easier. Would rent again if we went back to Brigantine.

Pet friendly

This property is wonderful for dog lovers. Lots of room outdoors to romp and play. The front porch and rear deck is great for lounging or eating. The kitchen is adequate and we cooked several meals indoors. The living room is a bit crowded with many side tables and foot rests. The showers indoors and outside were wonderful. The beds are a bit uncomfortable but adequate. I do question any deep cleaning being done to the house as we found alot of dust/grime covering the ceiling fan blades, dust on the walls in the bedrooms, detergent goo in the washer and thick lint covering the dryer screen. But we ran the washer sanitizer twice and it cleaned the washer, we cleaned the lint screen which eliminated the lint buildup and we fixed a leak under the bathroom sink. We found that a roll of toilet paper had been placed below the sink leak to catch the dripping. We removed it after fixing the leak since it smelled like mildew. The kitchen sink was dirty upon arrival but a little chlorox spray did the trick. The neighborhood is great, very friendly. Parking is not a problem. The beach is close. We could hear the surf from the porch. The bay pier is also close and it was fun fishing there. The owner is easily contacted and very pleasant. We definitely enjoyed our stay although the house definitely could have been cleaned more thoroughly.

Great vacation house!!

From the moment we walked into the house we fell in love with this vacation home!! The backyard is so peaceful, the chairs underneath the deck are so perfect for relaxing after a long day at the beach. The fenced in backyard is perfect for your dog!! Chris was amazing! Really enjoyed this trip. Don’t let the off street parking scare you. The parking was not an issue!! We parked in front of the house every day! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Beach Getaway

This is our favorite rental by far in Brigantine. Clean, great location, dog friendly and easy check in. Chris is always available to answer a question. Won’t rent anywhere else. Perfect every time.

Our 1st time

This was our 1st time to Brigantine and we loved it. Thank you Chris for sharing your home with us. It was perfect. Enjoyed the house, front porch, back deck & yard. Walk to the beach was easy. Walking Jake through the neighborhood he was a celebrity. People asking us to bring him up on their porch. Halfway through the week we were already talking about next year. Thanks again. Location, Location, Location!

This home was 2 blocks from the beach -- perfect for our toddlers! It was super clean, organized, and stocked with all the amenities. Our dog loved the fenced in backyard, too! And, I can't say enough about Brigantine -- the most beautiful and cleanest beaches, warm water, and white sand with shallow waters. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Chris was so helpful and available to any questions we had before, during and after. The house was neat and clean. So many house supplies available that even though we thought we had everything we were complemented with their stock. The beach is a breezy 2 block walk and the beach itself amazing.
