Serene Seaside Home just one block from the Water

  • Welcome to the newest addition of The Golden Beach House Oasis Collective.
    This home is spacious and inviting which makes it the perfect place for a beach getaway! We've recently put in new flooring, carpeting throughout the house and a new granite kitchen countertop. The kitchen is fully outfitted with everything you would need to prepare all of your meals whether it be a multi-course dinner or baking some heavenly desserts. The family room is just steps away where you can hang out and enjoy each others company or watch a movie on the 55" Smart TV. There is a half-bath conveniently located on the same floor. Then head upstairs to one of the three bedrooms for some down time. The Primary Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom for privacy. There is also a 2nd bathroom for the other bedrooms to share. This home comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. We provide one queen sized luxury aerobed for 2 guests (including linens and pillows) that can easily be placed upstairs or in the family room. In addition to all the home has to offer, we provide a BBQ grill (including the propane tank + a back up!) as well as access to the garage for an additional hang out spot. Our home also comes equipped with an outdoor private shower so you can easily rinse off from the beach. The Golden Beach House Oasis II is just one block from the beach, a 5 minute walk to historic Gardner's Basin, a 5-7 minute walk to the playground and one mile away from the casinos on the Boardwalk. There is something here for everyone which makes staying here so enjoyable and memorable!

We had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhouse. It had everything we needed and was in a quiet neighborhood. It was clean and well appointed and we were all very comfortable.

Oasis II was a treasure for my family and me. Six adults and a baby enjoyed spacious, clean living with easy access to a great beach. We cooked in for the week and used the well-stocked kitchen for all meals. All of my adult children used the word, “perfect” to describe our experience here. I couldn’t agree more. This is a wonderful vacation spot where you get all the bang for your buck!

Hosts were very friendly & helpful. The home is spacious, bright and lovely. It is close enough to the beach & casinos but felt far enough from all the noise and people. We had a great weekend here.

We stayed here for a couple of nights. The unit was exceptionally clean. It was bare bones with no coffee or any other items. Everything was in working condition. We also felt the neighborhood was nice and safe.

Wonderful experience! The home is clean, well organized, and well stocked with basic essentials. Location was perfect and very near a family friendly swimming area. We could not have been happier with our experience and the host was very responsive and helpful too!

Nice Weekend Getaway

Cozy and cute!! Perfect location with a nice beach within a 5 minute walk, restaurants within walking distance too! The boardwalk/casinos were a 12 minute drive, plenty of parking too. The place was very clean and had all the amenities. Definitely would stay here again.

We were very happy with the accommodations. The bedrooms were clean and comfortable. The kitchen was also clean and very functional. We really enjoyed the TV especially the streaming services. We had a lovely time.

Beyond Expectations

We loved our first trip to AC. The house was impeccably clean, well-maintained, and perfectly located by the beach our needs during the getaway. It truly provided a comfortable and relaxing environment for our group. The host was incredibly responsive, helpful, and made the entire booking and check-in process seamless. We would gladly recommend this rental for anyone seeking a fantastic experience.

What a fantastic property!! Kris, Emma and the entire Javier Family are terrific-everything was as advertised, dealing with them is a pleasure and the place is Perfectly situated! Reasonable pricing and great amenities-close to everything one needs, bright, airy, serene and joyful atmosphere. Absolutely recommend with 6 Stars and will return!
