The Dolphin Court Condominiums work great for a few days or even a few weeks stay. Parking is awesome, with a private, dedicated parking space in front of the unit. There’s an outdoor shower and onsite laundry, too. The unit comes with two beach tags for use during your stay.

The Space:
Looking for the most convenient and cost-effective way to stay in OCNJ? Welcome to Dolphin Court Condominiums. This unit is conveniently situated on Ocean Avenue just steps to Ocean City’s world-famous beach and Boardwalk; perfect for everyone who wants to be in the middle of it all in the heart of the Ocean City hospitality / entertainment district and just outside the entrance to Playland's Castaway Cove amusement park.

This first floor walk-out unit is perfect for parents with young children and anyone who needs accessibility without steps. The primary bedroom has a king size bed and 43” Smart TV. The living room has a pull out (full bed) sofa, 55” Smart TV and there’s a brand new, gorgeous kitchen with full size appliances. It’s stocked with cookware, silverware, glasses, paper towels and dish soap. There’s a coffee maker, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, and oven. Order in, cook in the kitchen or simply walk to great food options from all cuisines.

This unit is much better and more equipped than a standard Ocean City hotel / motel suite, but also better priced and more private without the hassles of check ins and check outs.

Guest Access:
Access is easy with smart door locks. Simply share your unique code given a check in (last four digits of booking guest's cell phone) with everyone in your group. No fussing with keys.

The Neighborhood:
WALKABLE ATTRACTIONS
The condo is located only 200 feet from Playland's Castaway Cove. The kids will love this awesome amusement park accessible without even crossing the street. Easily walk to beach, Boardwalk, mini golf, rides, arcades, Acme (grocery store), restaurants, and Downtown Asbury Avenue with over 100 shops, eateries and much more.

Getting Around:
Getting around Ocean City is super easy. Walk, bike ride, jitney, or easily drive to anywhere on the island within just a few minutes. No need to worry about parking as you will have a very convenient private spot as well as street parking opportunity.
