Beach block at the south end of the island-no horse flies!! Listen to the ocean waves from the patio or watch a perfect summer sunset from the furnished deck.
Large, light filled living room with comfortable seating for eight people. UHD TV in case it rains!
Beautiful new kitchen with slate appliances, sparking quartz countertops, double oven, and tons of cook wear. Includes a keurig and automatic drip coffee maker. Ceramic tile and hardwood floors throughout. Ceiling fans in every room as well as central air for warm or humid days.
Bright dining area leading outside to paver patio with additional dining and BBQ grill. Large family friendly backyard, with tons of space for kids to play. Outdoor shower to rinse off all the sand from days spent at the beach.
Three bedrooms on the second floor with new mattresses on every bed. Master bedroom has a queen bed with a large walk in closet, glider recliner perfect for relaxing and reading a book. Two additional bedrooms, one has a full bed, the other a twin over full bunk bed.
One additional bedroom on the first floor, as well as a full size washer/dryer. Wash all your bathing suits and beach towels!

Family Friendly!

This place was great for our family of 5! The house is spacious and welcoming. We had plenty of space to relax and be together. But the best part is the location. Just a 3 minute walk down to the beach. With three kids under 10, it’s hard to beat!

Cute little house by the beach

House was updated better than photos shown. Nice location, quiet street. Plenty of room. Owners responded quickly Just make sure you communicate if you have a service animal, we didn't realize we had to before renting, but it wasn't a problem.

We really enjoyed the house. It was better than pictures. Everything was great. We missed that we had to bring our own linens, blankets and towels but the late arrival person from our group covered that task for everyone.

Family vacation

Beautiful family friendly beach block property, we traveled with our 2 yr old, 1 yr old and two dogs. The house was well maintained and had lots toys, books, and kid friendly amenities. Would definitely stay here again!

Great multi-family option with small children

As the other reviews mention, this rental exceeds expectations. Great accommodation for two families, including three toddlers (ages 1-3) and a dog. Lots of convenient amenities included - the kitchen has everything you could need to eat at home/cook. The backyard is very generously sized. The beach is wide at 44th st, which we knew going-in, so we’d likely rent a beach wagon next time to haul all of our stuff. The host is very friendly and accessible.

Tranquility by the beach!

The renovation of the property is beautifully done. It was very easy to find. Comfortable furniture and beds. The kitchen is well appointed. The backyard was great to play games, have a little cookout and just relax on the nice cool nights. The neighborhood is quiet and great for bike rides.

My husband and I were visiting, friends and family for the month of September in Brigantine . This house was exactly as described and Jessica and Tom were available immediately for any questions we had. We will definitely be back!

Easy and Comfortable

The house is perfect for a beach getaway. A nice place to feel at home while you’re away. While the house is very close to the beach entrance the walk to the beach through the dunes is definitely a walk…but the beach is quiet and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and it was great to have a driveway and outdoor shower. Perfect place, I would absolutely stay again!

The property was excellent! Very clean and neat when we walked in. Very close to beach - definitely walkable. The property managers were extremely reachable and informative. All-in-all, a terrific stay and terrific vacation!

Wonderful stay

This is the second time our family of 6 rented this home. The location is fantastic - close to park, grocery, stores, and a short walk to the beautiful beach. The street is quiet and the younger kids could safely ride their bikes. We were part of a larger group (who stayed in the Islander next door), and the backyard was large enough to comfortably host a BBQ with everyone. We can't say enough good things about this place.

Super clean with cute backyard space

This was our 3rd time staying at the house. It's always been clean and ready on time for check in. The yard and patio are great for ourside dinning and playing. Wondeful set up and hosts. Highly recommended this property.

Best rental yet!

It felt like a miracle to stay at this luxury home with our dog this year! It is right at the beach with a gorgeous walk through the dune. The whole house, especially the kitchen is stocked with top-of-the-line objects for use, the bedrooms are private and gorgeous, and there is a full washer/dryer for use. I was particularly impressed with all the details of accommodation, especially people with young children. Having a backyard (and front) was just beyond. My favorite feature was the upstairs deck. Communication was prompt and helpful. A rare feature was a thermostat that we could actually control. I would love to rent every year and would pay more for what we got!

Charming Family Vacation Home

Our family just loved the house . There was a high chair and pack and play for our two grandchildren. Very comfortable for 6 adults and 2 babies. The location was perfect with a short walk to the beautiful beach. The beds were comfortable. We were thankful to have our family senior dog with us for the week.Backyard games and an end of the week patio crab boil with our family next door made our vacation one we will always remember. We had fast response communicating with the owners. We Would love to return next year. Thank you to the Santangelo’s for a wonderful stay.

Decent shore house

Excellent location and nice kitchen. Nice small yard, but fencing is only partial. No beach tags. Have to bring own blankets, not just sheets. The closet that backs up to the shower smelled of mildew -- not a surprise as there is no exhaust fan. Overall decent.

Home away from home

Absolutely loved our stay! Tom & Jessica provided a safe, clean, and larger than in looks in photos house for our family & dogs to stay at for the weekend. They were extremely kind, generous, and easy to get a hold of with any questions or concerns. It’s a short walk to the beach through the dunes and it’s a nice quiet street. Loved having a spacious backyard. We are landscapers and look forward to a nice beach trip at the end of the season. The house was well stocked with everything we needed to cook and clean. We are looking forward to rebooking for next year!
