Easy setting for fishing, kayaking, swimming, crabbing, jet skiing and boating. Lots of parking and wide streets along E Shore Drive are great for walks and bike rides. Just a short walk along the bay to the beach on 12th St N. Lifeguards on duty in the summer and plenty of free parking by the seawall if you prefer to drive your cargo to the beach. Outfitted complete with a boat slip, beach tags, a garage full of beach gear, and a beach cart/ wagon to make things easier, it's equipped for adventures outside. Inside, the open concept kitchen and dining area look down to the expansive living room below so everyone on the main level can enjoy each other's company. Enjoy morning coffee or evening drinks overlooking the panoramic views of the Bay and the Nature Preserve which extends from your private deck (main level and upper level off the master bedroom) all the way to LBI. Multiple private decks to sit and relax outisde; off the master bedroom and the main one (covered) through the living room slider. Spacious common areas and bedrooms. Privacy is not an issue here either with 2 of the 3 spacious bedrooms including en suite bathrooms. All 3 bathrooms have shower and tubs. Well appointed with amenities and fully stocked with most everything you need. Tucked away in a great little area on a quiet wide neighborhood street that follows the bay all the way around the island. Easy, relaxing, comfortable, quiet, peaceful, fresh and clean are all qualities that come to mind. No parties and large groups please. We consider this a retreat along the waters edge to rest your brain and your body in a natural setting. Still close enough to town to go out or get whatever you need. Very short drive or bike ride to the island's restaurants, bars, shops, parks/playgrounds, and ballfields. Super short walk to the local Farmers market on Saturday mornings.
