Must be minimum age of 26 years old to rent.

It is a short walk to one of the most popular beaches with lifeguard stations with restrooms during the summer. Close to beach and Ocean View. 2 car garage parking. Modern kitchen stainless steel appliances with granite. Super Fresh supermarket is only 5 min away. Free HIGH speed Wifi (Internet), 3 flat screen TV, Cable & High speed wireless internet, central heating air conditioning, about 2 pillow per person, light blankets, 6 beach tags, 2 car garage, beach toys & beach chairs all included!!!!!!!

This property has a north end location. It is located on the 800 beach block. The on ramp to beach, boardwalk, Gillian Amusement Park on 6th Street. Shopping and restaurants is nearby. Downtown shopping is also close. There is a causeway leading north out of Ocean City for easy access to Atlantic City and the casinos. There are tennis courts, basketball court, and a playground in the area.

This property is located in Ocean City, New Jersey, America's greatest family resort. Ocean City is a family oriented resort town located on an island along the Atlantic Ocean about 20 minutes south of the Atlantic City casinos & outlet shopping. Most of our beaches are lifeguard protected in the summer. There is a bayfront area for watersports, fishing charters, and boat rentals. We have a 2.5 mile boardwalk with amusement piers, shopping, and restaurants. There is a music pier entertainment venue built out over the ocean for concerts and other events.

Check in time is 2:00PM on the day of arrival and check out time is 10:00AM on day of departure.

Awesome location!

My family really enjoyed our stay here. Location to the beach, boardwalk and shops is perfect. All within walking distance. Mr.Shen was easy to reach and communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!

A Great Stay

Our family had a great time staying here. We enjoyed the open living space, the many bedrooms and bathrooms so no one felt like they were too crowded. The garage space was nice to be able to leave our beach things instead of having being them up the stairs. The balcony seating was very enjoyable for adults and kids. Just a great stay.

Great Location

We had a great time enjoying the ocean, boardwalk and surrounding area. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. The garage turn is tight but I was able to do it with a CX-9 in one shot. The extra garage space was good for storing fishing rods and beach stuff. We would definitely stay here again.

wonderful place to stay

The facility is in a fantastic location, very close walk to the beach and boardwalk. Good number of bedrooms for a family of 7, with a well stocked kitchen and comfortable family space. Some difficulty with the washer and dryer, with Mr.Shen attentive to the situation. Would def stay there again.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay. It is a very nice property and a great location. The boardwalk is half a block away and great. I highly recommend staying here. However, if you have a large vehicle parking in the garage will be a challenge. My Chevy equinox just barley fit.

Great stay!

Great location; our family of 7 was very comfortable and had an awesome vacation week. Mr. Shen was super responsive and helpful when I couldn’t find the lockbox at first. Great to have parking off street; it was tricky getting SUVs in and out but we were walking distance to everything and didn’t use them anyway.

Ocean City Condo

The condo is very nice. Good amenities and good location. Very well equipped. Lots of bedrooms and bathrooms. The only downside is it is the 2nd level of the condo so lots of steps. Overall rating of 9 out of 10.

Great location!

Property is in a great location for access to beach, rides for kids, and boardwalk. As others have mentioned, parking is a little tricky (especially with a large SUV). Property has a lot of space and ample beds and rooms for a large family or small group of friends. Added bonus that there are some chairs and beach toys available for use!

nice stay

Glad to have parking, but garage was a tight turn, especially with the "stuff" stored inside it like a bike and beach chairs (which we did not use). We were prepared for it though, from reading reviews--we came in a sedan. Location was excellent for beach access and walking to town.

Great location

Perfect location. Comfortable beds, quiet atmosphere and fully furnished kitchen. There was no one above us, so it was extra quiet. Only thing to be aware of is that the garage could be tricky for large vehicles. We had an unexpected treat of watching the police academy graduation march by from the porch.

Great location for families!

We had a wonderful stay in Ocean City! Our unit was very clean and well stocked. There were some challenges with getting my small SUV in and out of the garage, but it was great to have two spots. Short walk to the boardwalk and beach which was perfect for the little ones and lots of beach supplies provided by the host, though I would recommend bringing your own chairs. Mr. Shen was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay again!

Beach Block Rental

The house was as expected; presented correctly on the website. House was in good order and had enough utensils/dishes. It was great to have two garage parking spots, although very tight to get SUV into it; no luck getting our truck into it. Mr. Shen was very responsive and we appreciated that. Good location, close to boardwalk and fairly quiet at night.

very musty smell in hallway and steps. Environmental issues no circulation in that area.

House next door was being renovated/built. Nails from old roof were all over the driveway.
