7th & Central-Cozy 2bed/1bath 1st floor condo

Welcome to this 1st floor updated charming beach cottage that is located in downtown Ocean City Historical neighborhood that is only a short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and Downtown shopping district.
It has everything you need to enjoy your home away from home. This condo has 2 bedrooms with Queen beds in each room, a Living room with a queen sleep sofa, Dining room, Kitchen, one full Bathroom, and an enclosed back sitting room. Relax and feel the cool ocean breeze from the spacious covered front porch.

Condo comes with 1 parking pass in nearby parking spot, outdoor shower, and laundry room and will supply you with beach tags, beach chairs and buckets shovels for the kids.

Condo has TV's with streaming Xfinity cable in all 3 Bedrooms and Living Room and high speed wireless internet.

Please note: Check in on arrival date is 2pm and Check out on departure is 10am.
We rent to families and adults only, you must be over 25 years old to rent, no senior week rentals. GUESTS provide own TOWELS, LINENS (sheets and pillowcases), PAPER PRODUCTS and TOILETRIES.
A copy of current driver's license is required. License must be of person assuming responsibility for all terms under lease agreement. A rental agreement must be signed and returned within 48 hours to secure listing. Person signing the agreement must be on premises for the duration of the reservation. No 3rd party booking allowed.

Absolutely loved the beach decor and cleanliness of this property. Close to shopping and places to eat. Enjoyed sitting on the front porch either visiting with family or quiet coffee mornings. Hope to be back next year.

Beautiful beach cottage

We had a wonderful stay at this beach cottage! It is immaculately clean and the decor is very nice. The size was perfect with a lot of room to relax. The location was great too - so close to everything! The hosts were so easy to work with and had great communication. I highly recommend this property!

Weekend Get away

From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. The owners were so courteous and very attentive to detail. Beautifully decorated, in quite neighborhood, convenient to shops, restaurants and Boardwalk. We live near Disney and their Christmas decorations were Disney themed :) We will definitely return and highly recommend!

Amazing property in the heart of OCNJ!

Came for the weekend to attend the Fall Block Party and ride Wonderland Pier for the last time. The location is great, just one block from Asbury Ave and a few blocks walk to the beach and boardwalk. Park your car and forget about it! The house is adorable, clean, and freshly updated. Our favorite part of the cottage was the front porch where we sat to enjoy morning coffee and evening cocktails! The owners were great and responsive! Book it, you wont be disappointed!

Beautifully decorated and clean and comfortable

This property is very clean and comfortable. It is in a quiet section with a church across the street. Parking is very convenient. The kitchen was a joy with a large refrigerator and all the dishes and utensils you would need. Living area spacious and beautifully decorated. I would recommend this to anyone

Perfect from start to finish!

Such a beautifully decorated condo in the heart of Ocean City! The front porch, my favorite feature, is a wonderful extension of the living space. It's a great place to relax or socialize. This home is in a perfect location with so many things to see and do right at your fingertips. Our stay was perfect from start to finish!

Perfect spot

Fantastic property, exactly as described. Within easy walk to the beach approx. 10 mins and close to all the restaurants and shops on Asbury ave. The property comes with a parking pass to the lot which is approx 50 yards away, but we also had a second car and that was 8 dollars for the day. There's then free parking from 6pm-9am in the same lot and also spaces directly outside the property. Everything about the property is fantastic, especially the front porch, which was a great way to start the day, sitting out there with a morning coffee and in the eve with a glass of wine. The bathroom is in on the smaller side, although the shower is a great size, so overall this didn't impact us. Communication with the host and check in was very easy. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect Location and BEAUTIFUL 1st Floor House

This house/condo is even larger than the pictures show. It is decorated beautifully and clean clean clean. The host answered any questions I had. The front porch is magnificent. And the beds were sooo comfortable. I hope to stay there again. It is a gem.

Lovely!

Disclaimer (we use to stay at 11th and Weasley). The walk to the beach was a bit of a hike with a infant and all that intails. The location is perfect to see the farmers market, acme, Asbury park Ave, all the shops. You’re right down the street from a bike rental, good cafes, good restaurants. The place itself was awesome, clean and amazing. As it states bring your own sheets, also some spices.

Great Place

We had a great time staying at this location. The walk to the boardwalk and beach was not bad at all. It was nice to see another part of the town and try different food from Asbury Ave, rather than only eating at the boardwalk. We would recommend this for other families.

Beautiful cozy beach house. You walk in and everything is beautifully decorated. All the thoughtful touches, ( soap, shampoo and paper products). All we needed to bring was sheets and Towels. Very comfortable. The front porch was my favorite spot w/ morning coffee and a good book. Highly recommending this rental.

The property was clean and very inviting. It was centrally located within an easy walk to the Boardwalk, restaurants and shopping. Harry was quick to respond and answer any questions. We were very pleased and hopefully on our next trip to New Jersey we will be lucky enough to rent the property again.

Perfect house for a small family.

The home was a beautiful property conveniently located between the beach and Ashbury. It was an easy 5 minute walk to the beach and next door to a popular breakfast joint Readys. All the home details and decor were well thought out and the entire house was extremely clean. The rental would benefit from a touch keypad to get into the house and not carry any keys to worry about. There is only one parking spot and it is located in a third party lot only a few steps away which didn’t bother us at all. Metered parking is available in front of the house for $.50 for two hours between the hours of 9-6. But you can park your car down the street or one street over for free if you are lucky enough to find one. Beds were very comfy. The house did not have central air but ample air conditioning units in almost every room that worked very well. We actually had to turn them off sometimes. Porch was nice to people watch and drink coffee in the mornings. The only inconvenience in the house was that the toilet tank would take almost 10 minutes to fill up causing flushing issues. This may impact a larger family more. All in all, we had a wonderful time here in Ocean City and would stay at the house again.
