Located between 19th and 20th street on CENTRAL ave this is the BEST LOCATION the FAMED OCEAN CITY has to offer!! 1 short block directly to the beach (3 houses away) and only a 5 block walk on the boardwalk (boardwalks runs from downtown to 23rd street-so it's really the best of all worlds) to the downtown area that starts on 14th street. This second (2nd) floor 4 bedroom 2 full bath has so much to offer you and your family from one of the the best beaches in the world to the private retreat of the roof top oasis with its 360 degree skyline views. From the downtown shopping to the excitement and thrills of the amusement piers. There's just something for everyone!! A extremely open floor plan welcomes you and your family as you arrive with soaring cathedral ceilings, hardwood floors and a sun drenched feel (you finally know your at the shore). The open tiled kitchen with breakfast bar is fully equip for all your vacation needs including full size refrigerator with ice maker, range with built in microwave and Keurig coffee maker. Comfortable living room with flat screen TV, free wireless internet and free local and long distance calling. Anderson windows and slider that lead to a partially covered beach facing front porch. 4 oversize bedrooms (all equip with FLAT SCREEN TV's) with a pull out sofa in the living room offer comfortable accommodations for 11.There is a 1 car enclosed garage (with ping pong table) and off street parking for your convenience .This is a home that we use ourselves and is not just a rental like most others. Believe me it's kept that way as well!!

A Great Family Retreat

Perfect family vacation

What a perfect house for a beach vacation with my family ! The kitchen was stocked with kitchenware and appliances, the deck was a great spot for lounging while the kids napped, and we loved the location! The beach was steps away and so was the ice cream! We cannot wait to visit again.

Our second year at this beach house was even better than the first. Location is terrific and the house definitely met all of our needs from the set up of the bedrooms to the well provisioned kitchen. We look forward to next year!

Thanksgiving

We came to Ocean City for Thanksgiving hoping to get a rental with a comfortable home feel to it. This place far exceeded our expectations. Stunning from top to bottom and the manager came right over when we needed a lightbulb in the kitchen. Highly recommend.

The place was nice. Steps getting the second floor are a bit steep but doable. We had terrible weather but that had nothing to do with the place. It limited our ability to enjoy the deck and alll the amenities of the place. With four days of rain your games and puzzles came in handy especially for a 7 yr old.

Overall, a great stay. Great location and everything in the unit was functional. Several things were a bit outdated and need to be upgraded soon (dishwasher, washer/dryer, balcony table and umbrella, and a few other minor things.) However, these items didn’t take away from our wonderful stay, and for the great price that this unit goes for, we felt it was totally worth it all. Will strongly consider returning!
