Big brand new renovated bi-level apartment. First floor: living room 55 inch flat screen tv, dining room, kitchen, full big bathroom, laundry room with washer and dryer. Second floor: 5 bedrooms with queen beds, 1 huge bathroom with a double vanity. Central Air. Best location in the city across from Tropicana hotel, 2 blocks from beach and boardwalk. Shopping area and AC’s best restaurants near by. Close to train and bus. You have access to the whole apartment to your self it’s 2 floors (bi-level) I am always available for guests at 215-783-6303 Close to boardwalk, beach, casino , shopping , hospital, night life. Most places are in walking distance. Uber and Jitney bus is the best way to get around AC if you don’t have a car. Our building comes with parking. Most casinos offer reasonable parking.

unexpected filth on entry

After we had difficulties getting into the unit, it was absolutly unbelievable how dirty the place was, beds unmade, food in the refrigerator, glass table dirty, a cleaning crew responded, but visual damage was done, ended being late for our function. WILL NOT STAY AGAIN, checking property noticed an outdated CERTIFICATE of OCCUPANCY 12/31/2023

Heat does not work and check in information posted on site incorrect

Stayed last weekend 11/29-12/1/2024. Arrived and tried to go inside using the provided codes on the website (there are two locked doors to access) and they did not work. Call the host who kept confusing where we sleeted staying and gave us the wrong code once before finally figuring it out…. We finally get in and settled and can’t get the place above 55F, was very cold all weekend. Told the host who claimed he was working on getting someone to check it out… guess what they never came. Everyone was so cold all weekend. Would not recommend staying here

The absolute best stay ever

The place was clean and nicely furnished. The distance to the Tropicana was 5 minutes away. The area was beautiful. The owner was extremely nice. I even lost an earring and went back a few hours later and the cleaning crew was there and they allowed me to search for it. I am very pleased and would definitely rent again. Thank you Uri.

It was a horrible experience and I’m still looking to try to get my money back

Went to the property which was located above a store unit nail shop. walked in to the kitchen having two bags of trash, dishes in the sink dirty, towels in the bathroom and every room, beds being slept in and VRBO nor owner willing to help with any kind of refund to help with the circumstances behind a property not clean and ready. I paid cleaning cost as part of the booking. not having the property ready at the time that you now have been charged for and being offered less than what you book is not an even substitute. This location and Vrbo who is the broker of this transaction should have some liability when allowing Property owners do use their webpage to enlist people to rent their property and then giving them subpar places to stay it should not be buyer beware it should be Vbro responsibility to investigate and refuse property owners who consistently have the same complaint and/or their properties are not what was listed

Could have been better

Check in was at 4. Room was not ready it was still being “cleaned” Received a message from host at 610pm stating the room was ready. 5 bedroom condo only 1 tv in common areas dining room seating for 4 people you have a five bedroom condo at least have 5 chairs. Kitchen not fully stocked had to go and buy pans and cooking utensils. The WiFi didn’t work for 1 night. There is a smell to the place we had a candle lit everyday to help with the smell. Washer and dryer was not available it was dirty and not even plugged in. Dishwasher did not work was full of water when we opened it.

Centralized & convenient

Great communication with the property host. Responded within seconds if there were any questions. The property was as listed. Neighborhood was centralized and close to everything. Friendly neighbors. We treated the property as a home away from home (as you are supposed to do with a property). Minor suggestions were made to the host who appears receptive. Would definitely stay again.

There was no coffee table as shown in the pictures. The floors were dirty. There was a baking pan left in the oven with burnt food in it. It is 2 blocks from the boardwalk not 1, and is further from the Tropicana than it appears in the picture. Although was still within walking distance. Also I received no communication from the person renting it out. I did not know I needed a lock code until I arrived. Because the outside picture is misleading, I had a hard time finding the location. I was not told ahead of time what to look for or where to park. However, there was plenty of room for 8 of us! The 2 bathrooms with 2 showers were awesome!

Not at all what it seems.

This was a horrendous experience. On the day of, we received no confirmation text or email from the owner. We had no idea if he was expecting us, what the process was going to be like for checking in, and we had to contact him to remind him of it. He did not remember who was staying there nor did he even know which listing it was. He asked for my name and location multiple times when calling for information. The unit was listed as unit 1 and it was actually unit 2 but we didn't find out till we were trying to unlock the door to unit 1 and it was not working. We called, he didn't answer. He eventually called back and said, "try unit 2" as if he was unsure which unit we were supposed to stay in. It ended up being unit 2 although the listing does not say that which is a HUGE safety issue. As 5 women staying there, we felt very unsafe at this point. The second we entered, it was clear that the place had not been taken care of. If I could include pictures here, I would. The walls had dirt marks and scuffs everywhere. The white chair covers had huge stains on them and even footprint. The kitchen was disgusting. The windows had spill marks of some kind of liquid. Utensils had food still on them, the fridge and freezer had sticky red spills inside, the vent and fan had balls and dust hanging from them, and the garbage bin had crumbs and spills inside of it. We walked upstairs to the bedroom already with fear of what we would discover. The sheets on tip had stains, and as we pulled the sheets off we found pubes, period stains, and all kinds of other stains from god knows what. We decided to wash the sheets right away from all rooms. When we went to use the dryer and washer, there was the tiniest bit of detergent left. We had to go buy febreeze, wipes, detergent, towels, and other cleaning products to comfortably stay there. The bathrooms had 2 stiff towels hanging from the wall, that's it. The mirrors int the bathroom had spit marks on them from previous people spitting from brushing their teeth. We found hair on the walls of the shower and the body wash provided could not even dispense from the dispenser he had it attached to. Later on, we noticed a sound of water spilling, we checked and the sink pipe from the kitchen was leaking but when we opened the cabinet doors, we saw a huge bowel under the sink which means this was a preexisting issue that was never fixed or communicated to us about. Two fo the 5 bedrooms had a HORRIBLE mattress too!

False Impressions

Property is in a shady neighborhood. Many steps just to get to the front door. Paid cleaning fee, but I’m not convinced it was cleaned prior to our arrival. Roach or other large bug in kitchen. Thin mattress with no box spring feels like you are sleeping on springs. Crackers in the couch . Not impressed for the money paid
