  • This large one bedroom apartment is located on the lower level of Americana... By the Sea. This home is the 3rd House from the Beach and Boardwalk. The unit is available for weekends or monthly lease. It features a huge patio with views of the Boardwalk and Beach, full size washer and dryer, cable TV and WIFI.

    The house is located on Bartram Ave. which boosts one of he most popular beaches in Atlantic City. In addition, Bartram Park (located on the Boardwalk at Bartram) hosts weekly entertainment and a farmer's market on the weekends during the summer months. Please note: ceiling heights are 6' in some areas. Main house is listed on VRBO # 594441

Place is very nice/clean and in a quiet area. Private parking spot. Close to all amenities in Ac and ventnor, Host is excellent and i would definitely stay here again.

We really liked this location. We didn't have to deal with the congestion of a hotel as well as parking issues. Even though it was cold out, we loved being so close to the beach. It is literally steps away. The apartment had everything we needed.

Wonderful Weekend

Great location, reserved parking, beautiful weather, and comfortable accommodations with every amenity including a very well equipped kitchen and a private outdoor living space. We loved our stay and hope to repeat the experience next year!

Great little weekend getaway!

Place was cute and cozy and super close to the beach. Maybe too small for more than a weekend stay, at least with kids. But I would rent again for a long weekend!

Wonderful Vacation!

A Lovely Long Weekend

If you are looking for a clean,cozy and inviting place with a great location to spend a few days with your dog, dont hesitate on booking this property. Sandy, the owner, was very informative and easy to talk to and Louie,the property manager was very friendly. Perfect spot on the quiet end of the boardwalk but close enough to walk to any casinos if you chose to. Would definately stay again!

30 feet from the beach, everything was a 12 dollar uber ride away. Perfect to wake up slam coffee and get out to wherever we wanted to go. Very comfortable and cozy.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay at this cute little apartment by the quieter end of the boardwalk. Our host Sandy and property manager Louie were so kind and welcoming. Communication with Sandy was above par! The apartment is just as it appears in the photos. Cute beach decor with everything you need for a long weekend at the beach. We enjoyed coffee on the back patio every morning and were happy to be such a short distance from the water. All in all, a great stay!

Close getaway

We came to atlantic city for the weekend. The place was nice. Close to a lot of things. We walked a lot since you had to pay to park everywhere. The stay was very nice. Nice back patio to sit and relax. Super close to the beach. It was great to have a parking spot with the unit. Bed was comfy. Clean rooms.

Great Host and Property

Nice roomy apartment for a couple. Steps to the beach and boardwalk. Midway between the casino and pier. I don't think the trikes are advertised but it made our trip memorable. Great Mexican restaurant across from the Wawa. Very clean and quality mattress and furniture. Highly recommend.

Wonderful location

Clean and nicely updated. Great location and bonus that a parking spot was made available with the rental. The unit above us was being rented by a large family with a lot of kids and the noise level was a bit much for me, but overall, we had a nice stay.

Great Stay

This place is right by the boardwalk. 2 houses away. Parking is taken care of by owner. This house is far enough from the casinos so you don’t have to hear the riff raff while sleeping, but it is close enough you can walk to. Overall great stay, would book again.

Awesome stay!!!

My fiancé and myself spent the weekend here and she unfortunately had to study during the trip for medical school which required internet connection which unfortunately didn't work. But Sandy helped us connect with the neighbors across the street and saved our vacation since this was a must! Only downside was the bathtub was slightly clogged and drained slowly but overall an amazing manager who did everything in her power to make sure we had all we need. If we ever come back to AC would love to revisit her location. Thank you again Sandy 🙏🏽

Great Spot on the Beach

Small apartment with low ceilings, but what a great spot! We were here for a concert, this was an easy 1.5 mile walk to the beach venue. Apartment is well appointed & clean, lovely backyard with space for gathering, and just a few steps from the beach. Fantastic communication with the owner as well. I certainly recommend!
