    A Place At The Beach offers extensive amenities and one of the best family getaways imaginable - there's practically no reason to ever leave the resort grounds!


    Can't you just see the excitement on your children's faces as they approach the outdoor swimming pool and water slide or the nine-hole putt-putt golf course? Don't forget about the hot tub, the shuffleboard, the tennis and basketball courts, the game room, and the gas grills. There's even an indoor pool should the rain ever decide to move in. Ready to hit the beach? You can follow the walkway to the beautiful, white sand of the Crystal Coast and ride the waves, soak up the sun, or collect seashells.


    This oceanfront condo is located on the second floor, where it features all the comforts of home. Enjoy plenty of seating in the living room as you tune in for your favorite shows on the flatscreen cable TV. Step outside, have a seat on the balcony, and unwind in the fresh ocean air. You'll also find a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary major and small appliances (including a stacked washer/dryer in the closet), a dining table for six, and additional seating at the counter.


    The primary bedroom features a TV, private balcony access, and an en suite bathroom with a stall shower, while the second bedroom is ideal for kids. Free WiFi is provided as well, so you can upload your family vacation photos and make everyone back home jealous.

Kids loved the bunk beds! The setup of the rooms was perfect. Condo was clean. Balcony view was great! Close proximity to beach and activities on the property. We will definitely be staying here again!

Amazing views. Our family felt very comfortable and at home in the condo. Great location and easy access to to every thing. We will definitely stay there again. The best part was the view from the back porch!!!

We had a great stay. Very family friendly and lots to do. However our next to last day we found 2 huge roaches and we were so grossed out we just packed up and left. My kids were freaked out. I contacted the guest services email and got a quick response that it would be sent to the local team but never received any other feedback.

A gem!

Well stocked and one of the few units directly facing the beach. It was comfortable and clean. Love the resort amenities, especially the indoor pool as it was still cool. Brand new beach walkway and recently refurbished stretch of beach were wonderful. Would give 5 stars but the king mattress desperately needs to be replaced as do the pillows in the unit.

Beautiful Views

We visited in October during the Scottish highlander games. The weekend was chilly but we absolutely loved our condo and will be Hopefully be lucky to book it again. The views was amazing and beautiful. We were very comfortable there. We loved the indoor pool and shell hunting. The condo was just up the road from Fort Macon. And Beaufort was only a 15 min drive away. We loved all the things to do around the condo. Our kids loved their room. We will definitely be back.

Great view but bugs ruined the vibe.

If you’re looking for a basic beach condo for the family, this fits the bill. A great view from the balcony. Unfortunately we did see a couple cockroaches. Called Vacasa and was told they’d send a work order to the local office for an exterminator. No one followed up. Would not stay in this room again.

Beach stay 2023

The property was good, its a older community and it definitely shows. The condo we were in needed a massive overall cleaning, im not sure if it was the carpet but there was a off putting smell everytime we entered the condo. The view isnt what I would call oceanfront but you can see the ocean from the balcony. The kids had fun on the slide and it was easy to get to the beach and back. I dont know if I would stay here again if so I would do a lot more research on the condo I would be staying in.

Time for a renovation

Great location, nice facilities but the unit could use a renovation in the kitchen, flooring and furniture. Master bedroom need a new mattress. Kitchen is overstocked, items need to be updated , remove old rusty items. Plenty of dishes and glassware. The AC broke in the middle of our stay. It took 48 hours to fix because of communication delays but VACASA was gracious and took two nights off our rent and sent welcome gift. Atlantic Beach is wonderful in September and the Resort pool and other facilities were well kept and clean.

Solid beach condo with a good view.

Very enjoyable place to stay. Clean and well kept; and one of only a few units on the property with a direct ocean view from the balcony. Bring binoculars to spot dolphins and bird watch! Beach access and parking were both very close to the unit. It is also very conveniently located to the causeway and shopping. The only marks against it were that the check-in process is byzantine, requiring you to first pick up a packet in an office off site, then pick up wristbands and a parking pass from an office on site. Also the internet was terrible. Almost the worst connectivity I've encountered. I would not recommend this place for a remote working vacation; but it's a great place to relax on the balcony and the beach.
