  • Enjoy ocean views from our newly renovated 2nd-floor, 2-bedroom, 2-bath condo at A Place at the Beach III, an oceanfront resort in Atlantic Beach. The condo sleeps 5 with a king bed in the primary bedroom and a queen bed and a twin bed in the second bedroom.

    Resort amenities include indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, a waterslide, mini golf, tennis and basketball courts, grilling areas, bowling, and ping pong. Conveniently located near the elevator and just steps from the beach, it's the perfect spot for a relaxing beach getaway.

Very happy with this unit! We have stayed at A Place at the Beach many times and this was one of our favorites for sure. VERY clean and good communication from the owner. The water pressure is amazing! My hair was so clean and shiny all week! Thank you!

The condos location to the pool and beach cannot be beat. Furniture was nice and clean and beds were comfy. The condo was clean. We had loud neighbors upstairs the first few nights but otherwise our trip was great. We will be back for sure!

This was a perfect place to stay in Atlantic beach. The property had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we booked our stay until the day we checked out, everything exceeded our expectations. Gary was outstanding, always quick to respond, incredibly helpful, and provided all the information we needed before we arrived, making the entire experience completely stress-free.When we arrived, the front desk staff greeted us with genuine warmth and made check-in effortless. The condo itself was absolutely spotless, beautifully updated, and even better than the photos. It was the perfect size for our family, and the thoughtful renovations created a welcoming, comfortable atmosphere that immediately felt like home.If you’re looking for a place to truly disconnect from the everyday hustle, unwind, and recharge, this is it. We made wonderful family memories here and couldn’t have asked for a better vacation. This was easily one of our favorite Vrbo stays, and we’re already looking forward to returning next year. Highly recommend!!

The location of the property was very convenient to the beach. The staff was very friendly and they were knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area. I enjoyed my stay and I’m looking forward to visiting Atlantic Beach again.

We had a great vacation at this property. It is very close to the beach & the pool. The property was clean & inviting. We have stayed at this property twice, and if we come back to Atlantic Beach we will stay here again.

Great property, great location

Great place for relaxing at the beach! From owner to office staff to security, all were helpful, available and courteous. We didn’t use the pools, but the “extras” (pools, ball courts, mini golf, and playground) make this a great location for kids. Looking forward to returning with family!
