Crab Cottage is a charming coastal getaway nestled in the heart of Atlantic Beach, offering easy access to the nearby pier, local shops, restaurants, and popular attractions. Whether you're planning a family vacation or a quiet seaside retreat, this beautifully appointed cottage has everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The first floor features a cozy den with a TV—perfect for movie nights or unwinding after a day of exploring. This level also includes a convenient laundry room and two of the five bedrooms, along with a full bathroom, providing comfort and accessibility for guests of all ages.

Head upstairs to the spacious main living area, where you’ll find comfortable seating, another TV, and plenty of room to relax. The adjacent dining area and fully equipped kitchen offer all the essentials for home-cooked meals, including a Keurig, blender, dishwasher, full-size oven, and refrigerator.

Step out onto the expansive balcony and take in the stunning ocean views—an ideal spot for your morning coffee or evening drinks. Down below, a fenced-in yard provides space for the dogs to play while you fire up the grill for a cozy night in.

With its prime location, thoughtful amenities, and welcoming atmosphere, Crab Cottage is the perfect place to make lasting beachside memories.

Total bedding includes 3 Queens, 3 Doubles, and 2 Twins.

Note: FIREPLACE NOT TO BE USED.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly and Nightly stays.

No Smoking.

Up to 2 Dogs Allowed with $75 Pet Fee per dog + tax. It is the responsibility of pet owners to ensure that they clean up after their pets (i.e., picking up waste from property grounds). Should the guest fail to do so, an additional fee of $100 will be charged to the credit card on file.

Rents Weekly Sunday - Sunday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance during Off Season, last minute during In Season.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.

Overall a great place to stay for a week at the beach!! What I liked: - Across the street from the ocean with great beach access. - The beach was NOT packed with people. Plenty of space to spread out. - The house had everything we needed including nice grill, fully equipped kitchen, and garage where we could keep the beach stuff. - Plenty of space in the house. Loved the big dining room table. - Restaurants and shopping close to the house.What could be different: - Shower in bath upstairs was too small and sprayed all over the bathroom if the door was open. - Furniture in upstairs living room is uncomfortable.
