My stay was brief. The house/building was very very nice. I may have seen one other person in passing. The directions were very clear which I totally appreciate because my dyslexia sometimes slows me down. The room I stayed in was sooo cute! There were towels waiting for me on the edge of my bed. There was a small desk, a lamp, blinds so I could get some extra lighting. Rules for how to conduct yourself as well as clear instructions on how to clean after yourself as this is a shared space home/building. The bed was big and comfy. I never saw the onsite management but I know they were there. They never bothered me and I tried my best not to be a bother to them or anyone else staying there. I came in pretty late and I was on the phone but I kept my giggles low. I will definitely stay again. I would suggest you stay here it was great. Oh and there were bathroom supplies which I loved because I left my soap on the bed and once I was naked I didn't want to run back out to get it lol. There was bodywash for men and women. There were toothbrushes and feminine needs. I cleaned the bathroom before and after every use. I felt very welcomed to be there. I saw the living room, dining area and patio area which were all lovely, I was there so briefly I didn't have time to use them. I'll be back in Atlanta in a few weeks and I'm hoping I get the chance to stay here again. Thank you to the host for doing an excellent job. I'm trying to leave my photos but the application won't allow me

Well i like the compactness of the little apartment, kids loved it. The on main issue was i didn't know how to work the heater and Georgia was cold then lol

When we walked in we were received with a stench of weed, I’m highly allergic & the rules of the house state no smoking. There was Garbage piled up by the back door. There’s is another note on the fridge that said do not touch food if it’s not yours, someone drank our Starbucks, Orange juices, a supplement I used for my allergies & asthma, we were left were only 2 bottles of water, plus ate some of our groceries. Saturday to Sunday someone had music on full blast until the wee hours of the morning, the rules state no noice (quiet time) from 11pm-8am. Not very pleased with the stay. Management stays in the house 24/7

These property and the "on site" (nowhere to be found) manager, have zero customer service attitude and it seems that they believe they are doing you a favor staying with them, instead of helping you solving any kind of situation you might have (just take a minute or two to find bad reviews made, and please read the response given - it is always trying to make the customer responsible). These guys believe that because of having nice beds (not so clean since I found hair from previous guests), a big tv set, that is enough (hopefully you don't have any problem in the property because you'll receive zero help, and instead you will start arguing with the manager on her pijamas). The kitchen lacks from glasses or any kind of dishes (as usually Airbnb do), as I could barely find a single glass to use. In addition, if your idea is to know main attractions in Atlanta (and you don't have a car) I would recommend staying downtown, since this property is really far away from main attractions (it is close to the airport). Good things of the property are comfortable beds, and more less clean facilities (however insects appear from time to time on the bathroom). Please do not ask for any packages from Amazon or any other online store (as I usually did on the more that 5 Airbnb I stayed in the past), because they won't receive it, and they will magically disappear. They should better and more transparently comunicate their "policies" before hand.

I didn't like fact I couldn't see check in time was 3pm before I booked. Asked for early check in was denied. My code didn't work til 3:01pm. Inconvenient but otherwise good stay

Overall, a very nice place. We liked that it was in a nice, quiet community and accessible to lots of shopping and conveniences. The apartment was very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed the separate living/dining area and the kitchenette. Cups/glasses missing from the kitchenette. The nice, private backyard wasn’t accessible from our apartment. We had to stand when we ventured back there. Still a nice change from just a room. We’ll get the suite with the deck next time, to enjoy outdoors and fresh air.

This place is great it's very spacious the suites downstairs are great. The only thing i can say is i wish they had a double burner instead of the single one.
