The Space:

The Blackstone Manor pairs mid-century modern lines and rich wood finishes with an open, light-filled layout. The living room opens to a private balcony with seating and city views. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances and an island with bar seating. Four bedrooms sleep up to 8, including a sunlit primary suite with skyline windows. The 3.5 baths include a double vanity and a marble walk-in shower. A dedicated workspace, in-unit washer and dryer, smart-lock entry and free on-site parking support stays of a few nights to a few months. Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee. We host short, mid and long-term stays for corporate and executive travelers, relocation, insurance and displacement housing, film and production crews, and sports and entertainment guests.

Georgia State University's Convocation Center, the Atlanta University Center and Georgia Tech are also a short drive away, which suits game days, conventions, graduations and campus visits.



Getting Around:

Free on-site parking is included, and an EV charger is available. Downtown and the stadiums are about 10 minutes by car or rideshare, with quick access to I-20 and I-75/85. MARTA bus and rail connect to Downtown, Midtown and the airport.

Guest Verification: All guests must upload a valid government-issued ID and a selfie through our secure verification system before check-in. This is required to confirm your identity and to provide check-in instructions and vehicle registration for parking.

Safety and Security: For your protection, the home is equipped with noise and smoke detectors. These devices only monitor for elevated noise levels and smoke; they do not record conversations.

Exterior Cameras: Security cameras are installed on the exterior of the property and are actively recording for security purposes.

Pets: Pets are welcome with a $150 pet fee per stay. You must notify us before arrival if you are bringing a pet so the pet fee can be added to your reservation.



Interaction with Guests:

We prioritize our guests' privacy, so we will not be present during your stay. However, we are always available and just a message or phone call away should you need any assistance or local recommendations.
