Seamless Check-In
A 24-hour concierge will greet you and buzz you through the front entrance. Please bring a valid ID, and notify us in advance if someone other than the guest who booked will be checking in. The concierge will verify the reservation name and direct you to your condo.
You’ll receive a digital door code for unit access, and a key fob will be waiting inside for easy building entry throughout your stay.

HEATING AND AIR: this is an old system that is limited too hot or cold, not both. In the fall and spring, the units are switched from heat to air or vice versa. Therefore I would describe it as heat OR air.
WASHER AND DRYER: Located in the kitchen. Also, commercial unit available ($1.75 per load) is in on the basement level.
ANIMALS: Per HOA, animals are not allowed.
Parking is not included. There are several conveniently located paid lots surrounding the building. We recommend the garage at 31 Baker St. 30308 as it is the most secure. We do not recommend the surface lot at 17 Baker St. 30308 - Prices vary based on demand.
