The property is recently renovated and beautifully furnished.

This is a detached single family home and you will have full use of it.

The Space:
The inside dining area seats 8. The great room has a 60” TV and each of the three bedrooms has a 50” TV. All are Roku TVs – enjoy your own subscription streaming services.

Enjoy our fully equipped kitchen: Keurig coffee station with pods, microwave, stove and oven, place settings for 8, full set of knives, pots and pans and more.

An outside dining area on the private deck features a grill and Edison lights.

The office / bonus room over the garage is great for remote work. Enjoy our fast gigabit WiFi internet connection.

The home has a full laundry with washer and dryer.

The home has two and a half baths: The primary bedroom has its own full bath and the remaining two bedrooms share a "Jack and Jill" full bath.

The enclosed garage can accommodate 2 cars; several more cars may be parked in the driveway.

Hartsfield-Jackson Airport is 20.3 miles away, about a 30 minute drive depending on traffic conditions.

Other Things to Note:
Guests are required to sign Host's short term rental agreement prior to checking in.

Pet policy: We allow dogs only, a maximum of 2. We do not allow cats. There is a one-time pet cleaning fee of $80 and an additional fee of $25 per pet per day. Dogs left alone in the home must be crated. Other pet policies apply: please review our House Rules for our full pet policies.

Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.

You will also be given the choice between authorizing a damage deposit of $500, or a non-refundable damage waiver of $35.
