    *Please note – Absolutely NO KIND OF PARTIES / EVENTS (Unless & Approved Prior To Booking), large gatherings, loud noisy groups are NOT allowed at this property. Also, absolutely NO VISITORS or extra guests are allowed to stop by at the property for any period of time, unless previously approved and included in the total reservation guest count. All children and day visitors must be included in the guest count on the reservation request at the time of booking, or approved & added prior to the check-in date. The property “SLEEPS” 10 guests in beds, and the maximum occupancy per group/reservation is 10 individual people total max (including any visitors). There is an additional charge of $500 For 9 More People In Total To Your Main Booking Of 10 People /// So That Will Total 19 People In All!!! If You Have A Larger Group Then There Is A $1000 Fee For Total Person Count In House & Guest Total Equaling No More Than 30 People!!!

    Any violations of these most critical house rules will result in a penalty charge and immediate removal from the property without refund. House rules are strictly enforced with the help of law enforcement due to county regulations. Quiet Hours from 11pm to 7am must be respected and are enforced by noise sensors.* ALL LOAD MUSIC MUST BE TURNED DOWN BY NIGHTFALL!!!!

The home was presented as clean and welcoming, and the pool was a highlight of our stay. The pool was well maintained, and a service person came to clean it during our visit. The beds were comfortable; however, the pillows were of poor quality and only two were provided per bed. Guests may wish to bring their own pillows for added comfort.While the property was generally pleasant, it lacked several basic amenities that we would normally expect in a vacation rental, including a toaster, cutting board, sheet pans, kitchen towels, and a washer and dryer. The supply of paper towels and toilet paper was also limited. Each guest was provided with only one bath towel, which was insufficient for a multi-night stay without laundry facilities. In addition, only four pool towels were available despite the home accommodating up to ten guests.Communication with the owners prior to arrival could have been better. Responses were not always timely, and some replies felt brief and impersonal.Finally, prospective guests should be aware that the road leading to the property is a steep dirt road with large potholes and uneven surfaces, which may be challenging for some vehicles and drivers. We had a large SUV the bottomed out. Overall, the property has several positive features, particularly the cleanliness and pool, but improvements to amenities, communication, and guest provisions would significantly enhance the experience.

Pros: seeing baby deer in the yard Comfortable bedsCons: Musty odor.House infested with house centipedes and spiders. One lady woke up with a big black spider crawling on her shoulder.Not enough dishes. Only 4 small bowls, no mixing bowls, Tupperware, measuring utensils, etc. No blender or toaster.Pool does not look like the pictures and has very steep concrete steps with no rail to get down to it. Not ideal for elderly.Rd to house has huge ruts in it. The morning of our arrival they disclosed that it’s not ideal for smaller cars due to “bumps” in the road.Windows haven’t been cleaned in a long time. It’s hard to see out of any of the windows due to all the dirt on the outside of them.No washer or dryer so it’s not ideal for staying longer than a couple days because you can’t wash your towels.A towel rack upstairs and a toilet paper holder downstairs fell off the wall every time you touched it.Upstairs bathroom sink doesn’t drain well and fills up with water fast.2 bedrooms downstairs (the basement) are small with concrete walls and no windows. The 2 ladies that were supposed to stay in them refused and slept on the upstairs couch instead.Big hornets nest by the front porch.Cob webs all over the railings to porch.Back porch has spots with rotting wood.
