The space
Rainbow Hill Villa is located in the beautiful mountains of Cochrane, Dominica, a traditional Dominican village. It enjoys amazing sunrises and sunsets, cool and comforting year-round breezes, idyllic views of the mountains and surrounding country side, and small glimmers of the sea.

Rainbow Hill Villa is in a quiet residential neighborhood, situated in a quiet cul-de-sac on 19,358 square feet of private, fully gated flat and beautifully landscaped grounds with coconut trees, papayas, bananas and other lush vegetation.

There are a total of 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The main home, upstairs, was built in 2012, has approximately 3,080 square feet of living space, with 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and covered verandahs in the front and rear of the property. There is excellent cellular phone service from the Villa and WiFi.

The lower level of Rainbow Hill Villa has a large apartment with over 1,000 square feet of living space and was built in mid-2016. It has 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, patio and covered sitting area.

Both living quarters are tastefully furnished, have large fully-equipped kitchens with modern appliances, comfortable living/dining rooms, Flat-Screen TV's, and a common laundry room. There’s a total of 2 King beds, 3 Queen beds, 1 sofa bed, plus 3 pull-out chair beds.

GETTING THERE: A rental car is strongly recommended. The road to the villa is hilly. There are no shopping/eating places within walking distance. Pickup service available; from airport, ferry or boat dock. Space limited, please arrange in advance.

Only a 15-minute drive to the capital city Roseau and business center, town activities and a host of unspoiled natural attractions, Rainbow Hill Villa is the perfect place to stay in Dominica.

Driving directions to the Villa are available. Upon request and availability, our Rental Coordinator can meet you in a common area to show you the way, or refer you to a taxi/tour driver for pickup service from arriving airport, ferry terminal or boat dock. Let us know well in advance if escort or pickup service is needed.
