The space
1,300 SF townhome. Downstairs includes living room, dining room, full kitchen, half bathroom, and coat closet. Upstairs includes 2 master bedrooms each with full luxury private bathroom as well a laundry room with washer and dryer.

Living Area: 65" Samsung 4K Smart TV, Samsung bluetooth soundbar with Surround Sound, contemporary square arm sofa with high density foam cushioning, accent chairs, TV stand, coffee tables, decor, stone fireplace, playing cards, board games, plenty of books, coasters and a Googl Nest Audio speaker.

Dining Area: Counter height dining table for 4 people with a view to the front yard.

For your security and safety, outdoor building cameras have been installed. We live in a nice and quiet neighborhood and would like to ensure that many more awesome VRBO guests can continue to enjoy this cool place for years to come.

We do not allow parties, pets, smoking, firearms, or illegal substances inside of the townhouse. Minimum fines will be enforced. House rule violations may result in the cancellation of your reservation and immediate removal from the premises. Quiet hours between 11:00 pm through 9:00 am.

Guest access
Guest will be able to access the entire townhouse with exception of 1 interior storage closet and 1 storage closet in back patio.

Other things to note
Google Nest voice-activated assistants are placed in the living room and each bedroom. If you need an alarm, just say "Hey Google ... set an alarm for 7:00 am". If you want music, say "Hey Google ... play my favorite artist".

Keurig K-Classic coffee machine is available for your convenience. Cream and sugar will be provided as well as a K-cup 8-pack of quality medium-roast coffee. We recommend you bring your own K-cups if you prefer another flavor or will need more during your stay.

The townhouse will come with a “starting kit” for toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soaps, detergent, etc. during your short-term stays. For longer stays, you may need to buy extras nearby.
