  • This brand new, clean, well equipped and spacious apartment is nestled in the valley below historic Kennesaw Mountain. It is conveniently located within minutes of I-75, I-575 & Kennesaw State University. You will find yourself surrounded by upscale shopping, an abundance of entertainment, and over 150 area restaurants. Take a walk, run or bike ride along the 7-mile Noonday Creek Trail that connects to the property, a rare amenity in an urban environment.

    This 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment home can sleep 4 guests with 1 king bed and 1 queen. It is perfect for a short get-away or a longer stay. We are pet friendly! Amenities include a pool, fitness center, dog spa, business center, car wash, clubhouse and access to the Noonday Creek Trail which features Zagster Bike Share. You will enjoy a dose of fresh air sitting from the balcony on the third floor.

Fantastic apartment

Fantastic Find

Our son was playing baseball in the area and this apartment served our needs perfectly. I especially enjoyed the pool on the hot afternoons that we did not have to be at the field.

Very nice

Very nice place. nice people that will work with you. If you have a problem, they’ll solve it and in the area very close to Atlanta, and very close to other places that you can visit too. like the falls and train tours either way 20 to 30 minutes away. And a lot of good places to eat in the area to.

Great place!

We were in town for a baseball tournament and the apartment was in a great, convenient location to the highway, shops and restaurants. The unit was perfect for our family, It was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. Our family also enjoyed the pool! I would highly recommend this property!

Another fantastic stay!

This was the second year in a row that we booked this property for a full week. It was absolutely perfect! It's a great size and layout for our family of four, great location, super clean in a really nice development. Would definitely stay again!

Great place!

Our stay in Georgia for a baseball tournament was great until it unfortunately had to be cut short because of a medical emergency back home. For the two days we got to appreciate the listing, it was wonderful! Plenty of room! Clean! Everything we needed! If we return to Georgia next year for baseball, we will definitely be booking again!

Nice, secure, 2/2 apartment. Nice secluded area and tree view. Firmest bed I have ever tried to sleep on. Being on the third floor meant 2 long staircases and dragging everything up and down.

For the first step to the last it was a great experience. The location is excellent with easy access to shops, restaurants and places for sightseeing. During my stay I had a question and the host was very responsive and answered my question within virtually 5 minutes of me submitting the question. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for nice, clean, centrally located and secure property. If we had more stars to give we would give them.

Perfect stay for our family

Property was even better than expected. Rooms and bathrooms were so spacious. Back porch deck was great for relaxing. The unit was stocked as described and ready for our stay. We will definitely come back!

Awesome Space!

We stayed for about two weeks while exploring north Georgia for relocation. The unit has all of the conveniences of home while being close to major highways for travel. There’s easy access to groceries & plenty of restaurants nearby if you don’t want to cook. Overall, great experience!

Lovely condo

We were in town for Christmas to visit Dad in an assisted living home. Very nice condo that was pet friendly. Well stocked and comfortable. We were a little confused checking in but that was because it was dark and we weren’t sure where the unit was.
