Welcome to our spacious home in East Cobb! With plenty of room 10 guests, this inviting house features 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The basement offers extra space for kids to play or for movie nights. The expansive kitchen is perfect for cooking meals together, and 2 dining areas are ideal for making lasting memories. Kid-friendly amenities ensure everyone in the family has a great time!

This home requires going up/down stairs.

Located within the coveted Indian Hills Country Club, you are less than 20 minutes from both downtown Roswell and downtown historic Marietta. The Battery, Truist Stadium, The Chattahoochee River, KSU, and Life University are all easily accessible via I-285 and I-75. East Cobb Baseball Complex is 25 minutes away.

Walk inside to a spacious, updated open floor plan, living room, and kitchen. In the living room, you’ll have a 4K Roku TV and plenty of seating for movie or game nights. We have three private bedrooms with Roku TVs and large closets on the main floor. The master bedroom has a luxurious King bed and private bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms on the main floor have queen beds and smart TVs, closets, and access to the shared hallway bathroom.

Downstairs, you have access to a large basement with the fourth bedroom (2 queen beds, TV, and a large walk-in closet), a living room, a bar area, and the laundry room. The 2-car garage is easily accessible through the basement.

In the backyard, you’ll find a peaceful patio area with seating, a BBQ grill (charcoal and lighter fluid provided), and a fire pit.

We offer access to the 2-car garage and a large driveway. Plenty of parking for 4 cars.

We provide access to a golf putting area, card games, and more for you to have the most memorable experience.

All Roku TVs have access to login and use streaming services.

We have a coffee maker with both single-serve and drip pot capabilities - our home is always stocked with coffee and coffee filters!

We provide all fresh towels and linens for use for every stay, as well as stocked shampoos, conditioners, body wash, and soap.

We offer a washer and dryer for your personal use, which is found in the laundry room, located in the basement. We also provide a vacuum cleaner, steamer, and iron.
