The space
*This is NOT a shared apartment.

*No one will be above or below you but there is a unit next door as this is duplex (side by side) styled.

*Nice quiet neighborhood with a lot of privacy.

*Restaurants and entertainment within a few minutes drive.

Guest access
Guest have access to gym upon prior request and completion of liability waiver. Gym is on same property but is separate from the unit. Please keep in mind that the Gym is shared therefore guest are required to specify time slot for access.
Other things to note
The TVs are not equipped with cable but do have HD antenna for basic channels. Both living room and bedroom tvs have devices(Xbox/Roku) set up for Netflix/Hulu/YouTube etc

As stated in the house rules there is no smoking allowed in the unit. If you wish to smoke you can do so in your car or outside in the parking area. Any guest who smokes in the house will be asked to leave immediately without refund and face additional penalties up to $500.
