A short rental agreement is required, sent 3 days before arrival (similar to a hotel check-in process)

Two antique heirloom pieces (a piano and a curio cabinet) should be treated with care
Trash must be fully removed and pet waste picked up before check-out

As such, we do not collect security deposits or enter into landlord-tenant relationships governed by long-term occupancy laws.
By booking this property, you agree to abide by all terms and conditions stated herein
Guest agreement will be sent over the week before stay. Guest must follow all rules including pets, noise, occupancy, trash and damage policies.
Longer term stays must agree to scheduled safety checks required by city regulations.
1 dog is allowed with approval that the guest agrees 100% the guest is solely responsible for damage, cleanup and behavior.
Occupancy in the home is to always be under 6.
4 cars max
Trash must be fully bagged and taken to the curb on the scheduled shared.
Damage and extra cleaning charges and fines will be agreed to for damage and all extra charges.
