Enjoy this private guest retreat on an estate property nestled in the heart of Buckhead. Perfect residence for your group whether attending the World Cup, a graduation, wedding or just visiting Atlanta!

Convenient to downtown Atlanta, only 10 minutes from Mercedes Benz Stadium, State Farm Arena, the Aquarium, Georgia Tech and Botanical Gardens. If guests are heading north, the Battery / Truist Park is only 10 minutes away. The Atlanta History Center, the Swan Coach House and fine Buckhead restaurants and shopping, a convenient 5 minute drive.

Built in the 1930's the home was brought back to life with modern conveniences without losing old world charm. Guests love the privacy and exclusivity of this property. It's hard to believe you're in the city - minutes from exceptional restaurants, wedding and sporting venues. Each spacious bedroom has generous closets with comfortable linens and plenty of plush towels. The master suite includes a private bath and walk in closet. Enjoy the patio with your friends and family while grilling out and watching the sunset. A true, private retreat in the center of the city. Plenty of off street parking and security system.

The property is a BEAUTIFUL setting. My friends and I were so comfortable there. Hosts were amazing. Little extras like fresh eggs, roses, and snacks were a special touch. Loved that it was so clean, lots of towels provided, along with other necessities. We didn’t have to go out and buy things like extra paper towels or toilet paper. Great location - so close to restaurants, shopping, etc. but still feel like you’re out away from things with the wooded, beautiful area. Provided for a great girls getaway. My friends and I would recommend it to anyone and already have!

We had a wonderful time in this lovely house for a girl's trip! The hosts communicated well - from the check-in process to details about the best way to direct an uber - they thought of everything. All spaces were perfectly clean and decorated nicely with a good sized dining area and comfortable TV room. They provided lots of towels and pretty bedding for all the beds. The hosts left us some snacks (always a bonus!) and there was a beautiful patio area with seating. Our weather was gorgeous so we were able to enjoy the outdoor space. We had a fabulous long weekend and highly recommend this VRBO!

This was the prettiest VRBO I think I have stayed in! It was perfect for our wedding weekend to accommodate our family. Lovely patio for taking the stress off. And the fresh eggs from the chickens were a special treat!

We had a wonderful stay at this home. Our host gave excellent instructions, welcomed us and was available if needed. The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed, including a well-stocked kitchen! It was also perfect for guests who need handicapped access. In addition we enjoyed visiting some of the local restaurants, the Atlanta History Museum, the Blue Heron Nature Preserve, Chastain Park, and more! The outdoor living space at this home was also a treat. The patio was inviting and comfortable, plus we enjoyed the seeing the chickens. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

The property and the hosts were amazing! Truly a retreat in Buckhead. It was very peaceful— it was exactly what our group was looking for. Rachael and David were wonderful, and very accommodating. Great place in Buckhead for family wedding

Rachel the host was very responsive. We arrived to a basket of two bags of chips for snacks and bottle of wine. The location was perfect! The house was clean and plenty of room. We really enjoyed our visit and was able to spend extra time with family because we had this vrbo! We had an issue with the lock and the host helped us resolve (new batteries needed for key pad). This was fixed quickly and host was very kind about it. I would recommend this for central location and plenty of room.

Local church event

Location is the best if you want to be in the Buckhead area. Close to local churches, great restaurants and convenient grocery. Very quiet property with a cute patio. Grandson loved the chickens! So nice to stay in a well equipped home with family instead of several hotel rooms.
