NO PARKING in front of neighboring home to the left- guests may park toward the vacant home to the right PETS: must be pre-approved in writing before check-in. Pet fees must be paid in full. No excessive barking or unattended pets.Guests are fully liable for all pet-related damages or disturbances.Pets are not allowed on furniture or beds unless covered with provided protection.Guests are expected to clean up after pets indoors and outdoors. TRASH: All trash must be fully bagged and placed in designated receptacles. Message will be sent the night before trash pick up for compliance Use of the property for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited without written consent. This includes: Content creation, Photography/videography, Podcasting or interviews Coaching, classes, or client sessions, Retreats or private business events NATURE: Refunds will not be issued due to these natural elements or environmental conditions. Guests acknowledge that the property is located in a natural environment and may be subject to varying weather conditions, wildlife activity, and ambient noise from nature or surrounding areas. We do not make any guarantees regarding weather, wildlife behavior, or the suitability of the environment for specific activities or purposes. Refunds or discounts will not be issued due to weather events, natural occurrences, environmental noise, or other circumstances beyond our control. Outdoor features like grills, must be used responsibly and with care. CREDIT CARDS: Please be advised:Credit card processing fees are non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation or refund.These fees are charged by the payment processor and cannot be recovered by the host. Refunds will be issued net of processing fees. By booking, you agree to this policy. SMOKING AND VAPING are not permitted inside the property under any circumstance. A minimum $1,500 cleaning fee will be charged for violations.Underage drinking and illegal substance use are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal.
