This location was perfect, the house setup met our family's needs. They were responsive and helped us have a wonderful time with family and friends over the Thanksgiving Holiday. Would recommend this home and definitely stay again

We were in town working Shaky Knees at Piedmont Park and this was way better than a hotel stay. With 3 full baths and 5 people only 1 bathroom was shared. The covered outdoor deck is a nice touch. The commute was not bad either. 20-25 minutes tops atpeak rush hour. It's likely we'll be back working next year and if so I will see if we can stay here again!

Disappointed

The picture is deceptive they show the back of the house the front completely different , very little hot water, down stairs bedrooms very cold, they sent the wrong code to the house and were dismissive about our complaints ,the beds were uncomfortable , the neighborhood was subpar,all and all it was the worst stay we have ever had not to mention one of the most expensive

Bridesmaid trip

Hello. The property was booked back in Jul for a bridesmaid trip. Management was responsive until check in day. After driving 4 hours the property was not ready and no one reached out to inform me. Prior to the day of check in i reached out to pay the early check in fee however early check in was not available. Upon arriving for 4pm check in the property was not ready. We asked to receive money back for late check in but it wasn't honored. I asked the manager to call but they never called. I tried to call them but they didn't answer. The property was nice but dated. The blinds were broken and the property could have cleaner. Everything needed was provided however because of the lack of communication I would not reserve this property again.

Awesome for Large Family Reunion

My family (11 adults) travels from across the country for our first out of state family reunion. There was plenty of comfortable beds and we greatly enjoyed the outdoor tables and grill space. At night, we gathered to play cards and games at the huge kitchen table. This worked really well for us!

Nice location beautiful home patio is to die for

This is a very beautiful property. It is exactly like the pictures true so I don’t know what type of mattress they have on those beds, but it was so comfortable. I slept comfortably like I was at home. The house itself is beautiful. I love the way everybody kinda had their own bathroom the only one thing about the home the living room doesn’t have a TV but they do have a movie room with the TV And the six bedrooms only three bedrooms have TVs but other than that this is a beautiful home

Wonderful family vacay-Stone Mountain & ATL

We had a wonderful stay at this home. It was the perfect size for our large family and two poodles. The pups LOVED the back yard. The back deck was great. I will say the house is a little “loud” but that is nothing that can be helped by the owners and nothing wrong with the house itself. It is split level and the bottom floor can hear people walking on the top floor. We just put our light sleepers on the top floor and our night owls on the bottom… problem solved. The home was very clean and smelled like cleaning products when we walked in. It was equipped with everything we forgot — hair dryer, iron, etc. The owners prepare for your visit. Most places I’ve stayed supplied 1 roll of toilet paper and one roll of paper towels. Because of this we stopped to get our own but discovered the home was plenty stocked with extras in every bathroom. We cooked in the home. Everything functions properly and everything we needed was provided. It was truly a great space for family togetherness with still plenty of room to get away for some private time if needed. When you first pull into the neighborhood it looks questionable but once you get deeper into the neighborhood it cleans up a lot. The portion of the neighborhood the home is in is VERY quiet. We did not hear a peep from outside the home. Neighbors were very friendly and polite when we saw them. The house was about 10-20 mins away from activities and “Atlanta noise”. Great host and communication!

Siblings trip

My siblings and I had a great time at this house. It was more than enough space. The deck was a plus. Only downside was there wasn't tvs in all the rooms. Overall great time would recommend this place.

Nice Place, Guests do all the communication work

I liked staying here but I had a very hard time communicating with the property owners, they took their time and never fully answered all my questions. I had to request the key to get in that day, they would not just send me any info and last minute requested my DL. Nice place, but management was lacking.

Unexpected Request

While traveling to home (1hr away) the homeowner contacts me via the app requesting a picture of my licenses to be sent to her private number. I was very skeptical as there are a lot of scammers. I expressed my concerns of fraud and how my identification was provided to Vrbo and that her rules strictly stay she only wants to communicate via the app. The homeowner would NOT give me access to the home without my license. My family traveled 5 hrs and I did not have an option. I informed her she should have included that request prior to receiving my money because I would not have booked the home. Upon my arrival the home seemed great. There was plenty of space for our family to sleep comfortably. I notice when walking upstairs the handrail was broken. Immediately informed the homeowner. She was okay and would let the cleaners know. Later when my family was cooking the kitchen sink started to the leak, water was on the floor. The homeowner asked us to put towels on the floor. Later that night we figured out the rooms downstairs were controlled by the same thermostat upstairs. The downstairs rooms were freezing cold. We did attempt to turn the heat on. But when it was pleasant downstairs it was very hot upstairs. I would recommend her getting a heater downstairs. When we ask if she had one she said no to make sure the vents were open and they were. Other things that we noticed were the ceiling fans could only be controlled by the remotes in the room. Two remotes were without batteries so we had to continue using batteries out one remote because one remote could not operate all fans. One of the remotes in the upstairs rooms was broken therefore we could not turn the fan on. The hot water does not work after 3 people take a shower. The second day we tried to space out the times everyone took shower and the water was still cold after 3 people took showers. We were excited about the outdoor space as the pictures were beautiful, but the patio was not cleaned off. Over all if you’re looking for space, it’s plenty of space.

RB&B in Decatur GA

My initial reason for renting this home was to have a dinner event for my granddaughters high school graduation. After making the arrangements I was then informed that the event couldn’t be held there. I could not cancel the rental because it was none refundable. There were five adults coming from Nevada to GA to celebrate our graduate. The house itself was very nice and spacious to accommodate us and would have been perfect for the occasion. We were fortunate to know someone that was able to rent a cafe for a few hours to have our event but the rental of the cafe and the cost of catering whereas we could have cooked at the home, put us aback financially.

Yellow house.

Stayed at property for a wedding. The house was an ideal fit for a large group. Fantastic outside area. Nice baths. Beds were true "platform" beds, very firm-hard. Biggest problem: it was pouring down rain at check-in, the gutter right above front door was faulty, so there was no way to get into the house without getting soaked.

Nice Place.

Finding a larger home to stay in was tough when searching for more than 10 guests. This unit is good for a large group. The bathrooms are all renovated and there is plenty of room to spread out. Check in was a little rough, the alarm system was set upon arrival. The host did not give us a code for the alarm. The alarm went off for 5 minutes before it was turned off remotely. Make sure to give your host fair warning before you enter the unit. I would rate the unit 4 stars. Communication 3 stars.

Awful stay! Never again

Yes. I stayed in the Atlanta property from march 29-April 3. Check in was just fine. On Friday night the house became taken over by termites. Not only did we move 30 minutes away for the night, but we lost over 400.00 on a party bus we had rented because they don't travel out of the city. On Saturday they finally sent an exterminator and we moved back in. But now no water at all. so we go the entire day Saturday with no water. No one will return calls or text. No refund at all was offered. Just pathetic of them.
