Atlanta

The house itself was very nice. The backyard is fenced in and very cozy with a cute fire pit and great seating options which was great, seeing I traveled with a dog. The neighborhood seemed a little run down but we had no issues at all. Honestly the only reason I gave 4 stars was because the floors didn’t seem to have been swept and the bathrooms weren’t as clean as they should have been. Also no paper towels or ice, but overall it was a great place and the manager responded immediately when I had a question!

Clean and Renovated

The house was really nice and updated! It was really clean. The neighborhood itself isn’t the nicest area, but we had no issues. The only issue we had was trying to get the keypad to work at check in. We received the code a few days ahead of time, and thought we’d just have to type it in. However, when we arrived at night for check in, we tried to get in the house for 15-20 mins. I called and we were able to get in once we learned that there are specific steps to follow through to get access before typing in the code. Other than that, we had no issues at all and really enjoyed our stay!

Weekend experience

Although our stay wasn’t bad, we did experience major issues with the water. The hot and cold water were reversed on every faucet. Furthermore, the water in both showers came out scalding hot unless you turned the water knob almost all the way to its coldest point. Even then the water was still warm. This made for some uncomfortable showering experiences. This is something that the property owner needs to examine. Thank you

Loved the House

The house is decorated lovely and very modern with updated everything. Didn’t get to enjoy patio or fire pit area due to storms but was a wonderful area. We really enjoyed our stay!!

Very nice little house in a quiet neighborhood

Literally the cutest house in the whole neighborhood. We were first time visitors to Georgia so I wasn't quite sure what city or area to book but the little house fit right in between citywide of what we planned to do while we were here. We loved the fact that they were also dog friendly. The house is in an old neighborhood bit looks like they are renovating different houses. All in all very quiet the loudest noise was the bugs in the trees at night lol. Everything was very clean and neat. . Would definitely stay here again if we visit Georgia again.

Nice

There is nothing bad I can say about this stay. Everything was on point and amazing! The design, the layout, the upgrades, the accommodations! The backyard/patio was EVERYTHING!! Family was in town for an event and enjoyed it so much we literally attended the event and kicked back at the house for the rest of the stay! Definitely recommend!!

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay. The home itself was beautifully remodeled. Everything that we needed was provided such as linens, kitchenware, essential paper products and even cleaning and disinfectant supplies. The home was spacious and has a nice layout. The master bathroom was so nice and we loved the tub. The outside patio was relaxing and quiet. There is a charcoal grill and they provided charcoal. They allowed pets. The only negative was a miscommunication about the alarm. Make sure to get that information before you arrive! Also the neighborhood was undesirable to us. It seems to have renovations coming soon but currently there are some building that appear to be condemned in the neighborhood as well as an apartment community in the back. There seemed to be several homeless people in the neighborhood. We were a little uncomfortable with the area itself however the home does come with an alarm and we had no incidents at all. It was actually very quiet, no sirens or noise disturbances. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
