If you are renting the house and intend to do any activity that breaks even one of the rules below, we need to make it clear that we will not be happy to receive you, as we value our reputation in the neighborhood and we have to control this type of activity. There is external monitoring in the house. If any of these rules are broken, an authorized person will be sent to the house to stop the activity. If necessary, we will call the police and the reservation may be terminated. We cannot disturb the neighbors.

1. Parties of any kind are not allowed. Intimate gatherings in a controlled and indoor environment are not a problem.

2. The capacity of the house is 6 people. We have beds for 6 people. The maximum limit for extra guests is 4, that is, a maximum of 10 people in the house.

3. Parking spaces are limited to 5 cars. Under no circumstances is parking allowed on the street.

4. Do not use the grill in front of the house under any circumstances, including when it is raining.

5. Do not hold gatherings in front of the house, use the deck behind the house for this, or the back garden.

6. Gatherings on the deck and back garden are only allowed until 8 pm, after that go inside.

7. No outside music is allowed, use the indoor area for this.

8. Smoking is not allowed in the house

I reiterate, do not rent this house to hold parties outside and have more people and cars than allowed and the capacity of the house.

Our house rules are very simple and do not limit our guests from enjoying and making the most of their stay, do not worry about checking out guidelines, do what you can: unmake the beds you used, it is a guarantee that we will make them again with new beddings, put the trash in the trash can next to the house and dirty dishes in the dishwasher.
