Do NOT Rent and Save you and your family the heartache
The stay was absolutely painful. First meeting with the property manager and he told me I owed another 900 eu in fees. Highly illegal and I will let VRBO know. In our tour; told me I have to turn off the hot water boiler in 3 days. 2) water in the home was not drinkable and to get my own. Weather was apx 100* during the week. We spent several hundred dollars just on water. 3) Faucets clogged in kitchen sink and walk in shower. Water sprayed all over the kitchen counter and all over the bathroom area making it impossible to use that particular shower and made the kitchen area difficult to work in. 4)Bedding was all old, stained and uncomftable 5) Could not determine if beds were actual mattresses. All were hard, uncomfortable and any time you moved in any of them, the metal bed frame combination squeeked loudly. In ALL of them. 6)Towels; all old, felt like sandpaper and bleach stained. Not even enough for 10 people. 7) Fans NOT in every room; property manager addressed this and provided 3 fans, we needed to buy 2 more. One of the fans he purchased did not work. Made sleeping at night unbearable. He told us to open windows and let breeze in if there was one! Only to be subjected to 100s of mosquito bites. 8) Upper floor master suite, my in laws were subjected to some type of bed bug bite, Mother in law needed doctor assistance. 9) NO garbage can in the kitchen. Property manager said they were at street level, they were not 10)Ants consumed the kitchen area counters Outofspace.
