Location - Introduction
Villa Olivia is situated in Koukaki, one of the booming neighbourhoods of Athens, right next to the famous Philopappou Hill, overlooking the Attica basin. Just a breath away from Athens historical city centre it only takes 1,3 km (16min) to get to Acropolis, 1,5km (19min) to Thiseio and 1,6km (20min) to Plaka. The villa offers the ultimate Athenian experience and it is ideally located for travellers who want to relax but also explore the city and feel its vibe.
Description
Villa Olivia is a fully restored and renovated old Athenian house keeping some of its traditional features. The architectural design combines modern organic principles with neoclassical style, a complex layout, hardwood floors and wooden windows. The Villa is elegantly decorated with unique pieces, classic taste and vibrant colours. The interior of the Villa, sunlit and bright, provides an overall feeling of cosiness and will make you feel like home. Villa Olivia is the ideal choice for families or groups of friends seeking relaxation, recreation and sightseeing and will make your vacation most memorable.
Ground floor
The ground floor consists of a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, a fully-equipped kitchen, a toilet and a big leafy yard with an extra dining table.
First Floor
The first floor consists of a double bedroom with a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a share bathroom with a shower.
Second Floor
The second floor features a master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bathtub. This floor also has a superb roof garden with sunbeds and a pergola shaded seating area offering great views of Athens and mesmerizing sunsets.

Geweldig huis, top locatie; niet te druk en wel op loopafstand van lekkere eettentje, winkels en ov. Vanaf het park/de heuvel achter het huis heb je heel mooi uitzicht op Akropolis en loop je gemakkelijk de stad inDe kamers zijn van prima voormaat, overal airco en lift was erg fijn!

Tolles Haus zum Entdecken Athens

Das Haus ist großzügig und absolut zentral gelegen. In der Nähe befindet sich alles was man braucht und die Sehenswürdigkeiten können zu Fuß gut erreicht werden. Wir (4 Erwachsene) haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, insbesondere die zwei Terrassen sind super. Allerdings sollten im sanitären Bereich (zum Beispiel Duschabtrennung und Duschbrausekopf) Erneuerungen vorgenommen werden.Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war schnell und kompetent.Insgesamt empfehlenswert.

Great apartment!

Loved this apartment! There are 3 bedrooms, each with a private bath and one additional bathroom. The first bedroom on the right is beautiful but if you’re a light sleeper, you may want a back bedroom. There was a lot of noise from the restaurants below. The grocery store was very close, maybe 50 meters down the street. The open market was just across the street and we bought 1.5 Liter jugs of wine for only 3€. Great apartment and great access to everything.

Close to the main attractions but quiet residential area with no commercial. There was even parking available on the street which is difficult to find. Highly recommend this villa.

Amazing !

Nandia from the property management company was wonderful and had suggestions when we got there for places to eat, coffee etc. And was available immediately for any questions. Really impressive. Great location and great layout and separation for group but large common areas to get together. Quiet but close to hustle and bustle so perfect. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back! Thank Nandia and the team

Great place in a great location!

The house was very spacious and comfortable. All are vacation needs were available in the home and the check-in/checkout process was easy and seamless. The house was located in a nice, quiet neighborhood but was within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and many points of interest. Some activities did require a cab ride, as they were a bit further, but still close enough that it wasn't too expensive for fare. All in all, this is a great place to stay for a vacation in Athens with family and/or friends.

A wonderful place to stay

We enjoyed every minute at Villa Olivia. It was sparkling clean and very well equipped. That location was excellent - a little out of the busyness but within easy access of anywhere you might want to visit in athens. A bonus was the pedestrian area of delicious restaurants, which were cheaper than the touristy areas and filled with locals eating authentic Greek food. the apartment had an elevator which was very useful.

Das Haus ist komfortabel und hat zwei schöne Terrassen, eine mit einem tollen Blick über die Stadt. Die gesamte Abwicklung zuzüglich Taxi-Shuttle war super. Die Lage am Fuße des Filopappou ist sehr günstig.

Great location

6 friends, plenty of space, comfortable, great location for walking to the Acropolis - quite neighborhood. Small convenience issues like not being able to make ice but there was a market just down the road. Loved both the terrace of the kitchen and on the roof! Recommend for friends and families!

Excellent property. It’s a little off the beaten path but still easy to get around. The bed room on the 2nd floor had an unstable floor with screws sticking out of the floor. It was also very echo-y. Any sound inside or out of the flat reverberated throughout. There were also no extra towels or other amenities

What an amazing property.....

This property was absolutely amazing. Check-in was very simple and the property was very clean. They also were able to set up transportation from our cruise ship to the property and also to the airport on our departure. Everything went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again.

This place is a perfect place to stay in Athens. It is close to everything but also secluded. The home is a perfect place for a family to stay in Athens. The team is incredibly helpful and goes above and beyond. Cannot recommend the place more.

Excellent Accommodations in an Exciting City

There were seven of us sharing this vacation rental and we were all very pleased with the location, cleanliness, service, space (inside and out), and most of all, the air conditioning (it was in the high 50s during our visit!). We walked everywhere and some of us even caught a concert at the Acropolis at the last minute (we were so close!). Highly recommend!!!!!

Luxurious apartment, well appointed, nice neighborhood

This apartment was a tremendous value. We are a family of two adults and three children and had more space than we could use. The kitchen is extremely well appointed and fun to cook in. There were more open spaces than we could possibly enjoy! Patio off the kitchen was great for outdoor meals. The dining room is ample. The living room is a great place to congregate and the roof deck is spectacular. Very clean, very well appointed, very professional manager who showed us the local tips for our stay. Having a lift IN the apartment was great for moving luggage. I would definitely recommend.

Wonderful apartment with a good location in Athens

We stayed here for three nights in July. The apartment was lovely with a pretty good location. A bit of a hike to the sights 15-20 mins and not too public transport friendly, but not a big issue. They met us at our fairly late flight and Anna could not have been more pleasant to work with. A special young lady who really cared that we had a good time. Apartment was perfect kitchen roomy and complete. We used both the terrace and garden. Bedrooms were a tad small but the amenities were all there. We highly recommend for a 6-8 person group.

Excellent Apartment, Perfect Location

We cannot rate this apartment highly enough. We spent four nights in this amazing Villa. The aparment is new renovated, modern, luxury, well designed and very clean. We loved the amazing view from the roof terrace. The Acropolis Museum and two Metro stations are within walking distance (10 min.). Anna was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service from and to the airport was included and very well organized. We would strongly recommend the apartment.
