It is located 4.8 km away from the center of Athens and only a short walk to Flisvos Marina and and the Stravros Niarchos Foundation. A quiet escape on the Athenian Riviera.

The space
The apartment consists of a living room with a sofa bed to accommodate a 3rd guest, a fully equipped kitchen to cover all your daily needs with a dining table, a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, a Smart TV and Netflix available and 1 a/c unit in the bedroom that provides the desired temperature, summer and winter for the entire apartment.

The location
Sia's Retreat 2 is just a 14 minute walk from the multifunctional, environmentally sustainable center of education, art, sports and recreation Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Center (SNFCC) and visitors can enjoy the picturesque Μarina of Flisvos nearby by taking a walk and enjoying the beautiful view of the sea while having a drink or dinner at the beautiful bars and restaurants you will find there!. The Onassis Cardiovascular Surgery Center and the Rea Maternity Hospital are just a stone's throw away. Shopping and dining nearby, as well as the city center to enjoy the sites and history of Athens.

When you reach the building you will find 2 doors. The entrance to the apartment, is the the grey door on the right, where you will find a find a key pad. Enter the code and enter the building. Climb up a short flight of stairs. You will find another door with a key pad. Enter the code again and enter the apartment. Please see the video below to help guide you.

During your Stay

For HOT WATER push the switch on the electricity board marked "Heater". ΅The water will heat up in 30 minutes. When you have enough hot water, push the switch down again.
Please ensure to switch off the air conditioning unit and lights when leaving the apartment.
Do not through toilet paper in the toilet. Please use the bin provided.
The tap water is drinkable.
Garbage disposal in the bins on the street. Green bins are for garbage, blue bins are for recycling.
