Restaurants and cafes dot pretty, glitzy Flisvos Marina, while its beach and waterfront promenade is a quick and scenic escape from urban life. The arrival of the game-changing Stavros Niarchos Foundation Cultural Centre has also helped connect the dots and bring more dash to the area.
For when you are not strolling around town we have created an indoor experience tailored to your every need. This fully renovated, fully furnished studio features a queen size bed a brand new bathroom, and a modern kitchen to satisfy your appetite with a dining area.
The apartment can accommodate comfortably up to 2 guests.

House rules:
- To oblige with local regulations we will ask you to sign a tenancy agreement. A passport or National ID and Home address should be provided.
- Please confirm the number of guests to make sure bed linens are provided for extra persons.
- Please note that kids (of an age 2+) are counted as guests and should be added in your reservation.
- Baby crib could be provided upon request with an additional charge.
- 24h check-in option is available for free and you will have access to the building by entering a code in a keypad and you will collect the apartment's keys from a lock-box next to the apartment's door. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team please note that there is a late check-in fee for arrivals to the apartment after 19:00.
