  • Situado muy cerca de la Acrópolis y el Museo de la Acrópolis, este moderno 70 metros cuadrados. El ático de dos dormitorios totalmente reformado es el escenario perfecto para una estancia corta o larga en el centro histórico de Atenas.
    Ideal para parejas, ocupantes familiares con uno o dos hijos, o un viaje de negocios, es la base perfecta para explorar la vibrante escena ateniense. Un hogar ideal lejos del hogar por negocios o por placer.
    Los acentos de colores terrosos ofrecen tranquilidad y buen gusto al elegante y moderno ático, creando un ambiente acogedor.
    Se beneficia de una sala de estar con mesa de comedor y sofá cama, 2 habitaciones con camas dobles, cocina abierta de estilo minimalista y dos baños de lujo, uno con vistas únicas desde la ventana.
    La cocina está totalmente equipada -también con lavadora-, mientras que las habitaciones tienen amplios ventanales con vistas a Atenas y la Acrópolis, incluso cuando estás acostado en tu cama. ¡No es un sueño, sino la realidad!
    Ubicada en el sexto piso, con una gran terraza, la casa es tranquila, con luz natural que inunda las puertas del balcón del piso al techo. La terraza, con plantas y muebles cómodos, le brinda vistas serenas a la Acrópolis y un lugar para relajarse.
    Ascensor de acceso está disponible.
    La propiedad está convenientemente cerca del transporte público (el metro de Atenas está a pocos pasos) y de todas las atracciones principales: a solo 350 m. del Museo de la Acrópolis, 950 m. de la Acrópolis, a 800 m. del teatro Herodion, 550 m. de Adrianos Gates.

We stayed in this apartment with our 2 teenagers as we took in the sights of Athens. The location was excellent, the apartment size and layout was perfect for a family of 4. We really enjoyed the balcony and being in this neighborhood.

You MUST stay here if coming to Athens

Had the most incredible stay at this property. Every single room had the most gorgeous view of the acropolis. It was so conveniently located to everything which was especially nice on our hot days and when we wanted to grab a quick bit at an amazing restaurant. The host was fantastic with getting us too and from the airport and helping with our luggage and truly helped make it an incredible vacation.

The listing did not lie. Acropolis stares at you from the spacious balcony. Great locatuon. Right on the footsteps of Plaka and the Acropolis Museum.

Fantastic

Two couples stayed two days. The place was clean, accommodating, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony with the Acropolis view. Everything was updated. The neighborhood was safe. Food close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location!

The view of the acropolis is stunning night & day. The host was extremely accommodating & quickly responded to all requests. We especially enjoyed the convenient location of this very clean & well furnished penthouse. Highly recommend!

Great location, walkable to everything.

This was a great property in an excellent location. We were able to walk to the Acropolis, and all the great restaurants and shops easily. There was a nice, large patio as well. One issue is that there needs to be an awning or large umbrella for the patio which gets loads of afternoon sun and is simply too hot to use in the afternoon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this residence. We had a little difficulty getting into the building upon arrival, but found the apartment to be clean and the views were fabulous. We could walk to local dining and shopping g and never felt unsafe. We had a family of 5 and there was plenty of room for all of us to be comfortable.

Amazing place

This was our first place to stay on our trip and it did not disappoint. The pictures do not do the view justice. It’s located in a great neighborhood, with easy access to everything you want to see. Great restaurants wherever you look. We went to a local market around the corner, and got some meats, and cheeses and spent down time sitting on the balcony just looking at the view.

This was a great place to stay with our group of four adults. The location was great to walk to the Parthenon and all the neighboring areas for the many restaurants and shops. There’s a hop on hop off bus stop nearby too. The view from the balcony is amazing! We would definitely stay here again if we returned to Athens. Transportation was scheduled for us from the airport and to the ferry. The driver was always courteous and on time. He also helped find luggage storage when we arrived before the check in time.

Everything in photos is accurate. Great apartment and great neighborhood. You will be surrounded by the best cafes and coffee shops and next door to one of the very best Greek restaurants is a door away. All these places are enjoyed by Greeks and tourists alike. The acropolis museum is a four block walk as is a bakery with a line of mostly Greeks waiting for their morning pastries. Do not miss the opportunity to enjoy wonderful Greek pastries on your balcony overlooking the acropolis for breakfast.
