Just minutes from Athens vibrant downtown and campus, the property offers close proximity for food and entertainment making it perfect for gameday weekends and other UGA events. As a guest here for the weekend you will be supplied with all the comforts of home including wifi, entertainment system w/ surround sound, netflix, YouTube,hulu, gaming systems, chef friendly kitchen, every condiment and seasonings. large beds, wet bar, fire pit, washer/dryer, and more. 43” TV in Kitchen. 60” TV in living room w/ fantastic surround sound. 58”. 55” and 43” TVs to continue through the home. The house was perfect for our family of 5. It was clean and had plenty of space. The amply supply of kitchen supplies and charging cords was a nice surprise. The host responded to our inquiries quickly and was very helpful.

Host was excellent to work with. The house was about 10 minutes from UGA. Getting ubers was pretty easy. House was clean and comfortable. We didn’t have time to enjoy it, but the yard was great.

Felt like home 10/10

We stayed for two nights. This house was gorgeous and comfortable, and CLEAN. Everyone had so much space to themselves and also lots of space to gather together. Lots of board games to use, as well as outdoor activities. The kitchen was well stocked, and the house was furnished with lots of linens and essentials. The neighborhood was nice, and so quiet, it felt like we weren’t even in a neighborhood. We saw deer and enjoyed sitting on the back deck in the mornings. The beds were so comfortable. Had the best check-in and check-out times of any Vrbo property we’ve ever used.Scot was so friendly and helpful and easy to communicate with. We loved our stay and will definitely be back!

Beautiful, relaxing home.

We were in town for our son’s school function. This home had everything we needed and more. From beautiful fireplace, to spacious rooms, and gorge kitchen. Our host was amazing. He called ahead of time to give us tips on activities in the area. Great privacy, comfortable home close to campus. Killer sound system.

what a wonderful place to stay!

I had a wonderful 4 days with my mom who lives near by. The house was perfect for holiday baking. The dog loved the neighbors and the neighborhood. We met so many nice people and dogs on our walks and we even saw chickens! The kitchen was perfect for baking and visiting. Scot is the perfect host. The house had everything we needed and more. Our family plans to come back in January for a birthday get together. We are all looking forward to it!

Best VRBO ever!

We went to Athens for a family reunion and had three couples staying here. This place was amazing! I have stayed in many VRBO homes and this was by far the best! The location, neighborhood, communication, and especially the interior layout and design were all great. There are so many wonderful things I could write about Scot’s place, but I think it best sums it up by saying that I would buy the home if it were available and not change one thing about it! Will definitely go back! Thanks Scot.
