The Living Room: has a Sofa that becomes a Single or a Double bed, a flat TV, books, board games, dinner table for 4. The Kitchen: is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and all kitchenware needed to prepare a nice home cooked meal for your friends and family. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay. The Bathroom: Nicely lit, clean, with a standing shower. The Balcony: It is about 1 meter wide and the full length of the whole apartment. It oversees Kallirois Avenue, one of the most central & busiest streets in Athens.The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.Entire property has free Wi-Fi! The neighborhood is very safe and family friendly. Downstairs in a 200 meter radius, you will find: a Bakery, a Traditional Greek Diner a Kids Playground a Cafe and a Pharmacy. A major Super Market is 500 meters away :-) Walking Distances: 5~10 minutes: Acropolis Metro Station (350 meters) Vouliagmenis Tram Station (50 meters) Acropolis & Acropolis Museum (600 meters) Temple of Olympian Zeus (600 meters) 10~15 minutes: Kallimarmaro Stadium, Zappeion, Syntagma (constitution) Square.
