The place was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The location was also convenient, which made getting around easy.
However, we did face a few issues during our stay. The smart key was unreliable and often didn’t work. On the first night, we were quite stressed as it failed multiple times and we thought we might be locked out with our young kids. We reached out through the app but didn’t receive a response until the next day. Thankfully, the key eventually worked after several attempts. The host later shared the code for a physical backup key, which helped, but the initial experience was unsettling.
The hot water was also inconsistent. While my child was showering, the hot water suddenly cut off and turned freezing cold. This happened multiple times during our stay, which made us hesitant to use the shower.
The bathroom also had very poor ventilation. There was only a small window that seemed to open into an enclosed shaft with other windows facing it, so there was barely any airflow, which made it uncomfortable to use.
Additionally, the apartment is not well soundproofed, so light sleepers may find it a bit noisy.
