Very good location. Walkable distance to restaurants, super markets, attractions. Pretty quiet at night as well. Easy communication to the host. Beds were comfortable. One thing is I wish there was constant hot water for shower. For family of 4, we needed to wait in between showers so there's enough hot water supply

My family loved staying at this property! Everything was clean and well organised. The beds were comfortable and it was easy to find places to eat near by. Hosts responded quickly and were accommodating to the best of their abilities! We will gladly stay there again when we come back to Athens.

Location - all within walking distance. Attractions, restaurants, shopping, grocery, bakeshops. Would be excellent if not for the door access to the apartment. It takes 5mins to lock and unlock the door. We got a respond back quickly when the wireless lock run out of battery. A little bit noisy since apartment is by the street. Kitchen essentials and bathroom are good.

Simple apartment, great location

This apartment was in an excellent location, close to all sites as well as a grocery. It was a bit loud from neighbours as well as the acoustics of the space. I would definitely stay here again.

Walking distance to all the places on your list to see. No safety concerns. Washer/dryer a bonus. Easy check-in/out process. Would stay here again.

Lovely and very central flat

The flat is very nice and very centrally located for the sights. You can walk everywhere.There are lots of restaurants and supermarkets within minutes walking distance. There is a lot of form filling and admin involved but this may be down to government regulations.

Acropolis bliss

We really enjoyed checking out the acropolis and being able to walk from this appartment. It was comfortable and had everything we needed. One caviat - remember to turn on the water heater when you arrive. The control is on the wall outside the bathroom. Also turn the key hard to the left to get in. Great walking distance, safe neighbornood, many restaurants nearby. Super visit.

Good but could be better

A nice place in a good location but it’s not the 10 that people award it. Small things like a broken chair, the dividing door to the bedrooms that jams on the floor, the curtain hanging down missing some hooks. Nothing major individually but they add up.

The place was clean, spacious, and matched the description. The location was also convenient, which made getting around easy. However, we did face a few issues during our stay. The smart key was unreliable and often didn’t work. On the first night, we were quite stressed as it failed multiple times and we thought we might be locked out with our young kids. We reached out through the app but didn’t receive a response until the next day. Thankfully, the key eventually worked after several attempts. The host later shared the code for a physical backup key, which helped, but the initial experience was unsettling. The hot water was also inconsistent. While my child was showering, the hot water suddenly cut off and turned freezing cold. This happened multiple times during our stay, which made us hesitant to use the shower. The bathroom also had very poor ventilation. There was only a small window that seemed to open into an enclosed shaft with other windows facing it, so there was barely any airflow, which made it uncomfortable to use. Additionally, the apartment is not well soundproofed, so light sleepers may find it a bit noisy.

Pretty much perfect in every way. Check-in process is a little complicated, after a long-haul flight. For owner: the apt. needs more hooks and wall-bars for towels and clothing in both bedrooms and the bathroom; also, ice trays and a proper desk in each bedroom to do remote work. Otherwise, the unit is a dream, for two parents and a teen-age daughter : )

The Upstreet Crew are pros. The property was as advertised (clean, good amenities, safe, quiet), and the neighborhood was perfect. We love staying in places where locals live and work. There was a grocer store a block away, and we were right below the Acropolis. There were tons of restaurant options and everything was affordable.

Bijna perfect

Het appartement ligt op een ideale plek. 5 minuten lopen van de Acropolis en ook op 5 minuten in de andere richting, vlakbij het metrostation Sygrou-Fix, een straat vol restaurantjes. Supermarkt op 2 minuten. De inrichting van het appartement is bijna compleet, je moet wel zelf een afwasteiltje en vaatdoek meenemen. Het appartement is stijlvol ingericht, de bedden slapen perfect.

Wonderful Athens Apartment

Very convenient location for the Acropolis. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis Museum and to the entrance of the Acropolis itself. It is clean and well furnished with a small but adequate kitchen which has all of the necessary appliances. The rental management company is very professional and quick to respond to any questions regarding the operation of the apartment and suggestions for restaurants. In the immediate area there is a supermarket, wine shop, bakery, several restaurants and cafes. There is a metro station that services the downtown area. We were quite pleased to have chosen this apartment for our 7 day stay in Athens and would recommend it to friends who intend to visit this interesting city.

Clean, and very nicely located

Just as the photos, this apartment is spacious and the rooms are very clean. We found it a little difficult to open the door with the keys at first, but once you get used to it, there's no problem. The area evironment seems safe. Small supermarkets are nearby. A hotel is across the street, so it is not so difficult to find a taxi around. Only five minutes walk from Acropolis metro station, and there are a plenty of historical sites to visit by walking. Good apartment.
