Amenities include fully privately adjustable air condition in each bedroom and the living room, high-speed wi-fi, 4 Samsung smart TVs (one in each bedroom - and a 65” with sound-bar and woofer on the living room (Netflix and cable for international channels (NBA games, CNBC, CNN, Bloomberg, Sky News, BBC, Euro League, Champions League etc. - on all TV sets). The heating is autonomous in the apartment and is adjusted according to your preference via the digital thermostat. The fully equipped modern kitchen offers embedded refrigerator, electric oven, microwave oven and dishwasher, as well as blender, toaster, French-coffee maker, Nespresso, kettle, air fryer, electric juicer, electric mixer etc. There is also a washing machine and clothe dryer, as well as two professional hair dryers and two hair straighteners. Free public parking on the neighborhood is available, also. Your dedicated host is on call 24/7 for any assistance required and will greet you upon arrival. All other times you will enter the apartment via ultra modern electronic lock, both on the 4th floor apartment's entrance as well as on the building's main entrance.
