The property was clean and, the owner was responsive to our request for a repair. The tram stop was under repair but once it is in service, it will be an ideal location to travel to the various beaches in the area.Parking was easy but you will need a car to get to a grocery store or to any restaurants. Overall a good location to start exploring the area.

November in Greece!

Owner and manager were amazing! Easy communication, quick responses. Let us in early since no one was there. Good view. The beach isn’t a far walk at all. TV’s in all rooms which for teens was a big plus!! Would defiantly stay here again

Clean house. Nice location.

The house is located in a nice area with easy street parking and sea view. The beach across the street (highway) is free with a lifeguard present. There is public transportation next to the building. The owners are very helpful and accommodating. The apartment itself has a nice balcony if you want to enjoy the view.

Beautiful apartment in a great location

We rented this apartment for a family vacation for 8 days. We were 3 couples and a toddler. Apt is in a great location with easy access to the tram that can take you to glyfada center, many beaches and to central Athens. Common space was nice with lots of windows and light and every bedroom had its own bathroom. We enjoyed our stay and it was a very comfortable stay. I would highly recommend it

Glyfada 3 Day

We were three adults males. This property had three bedrooms and our own bathroom in each room which was unique and something we look for but rarely find. The view over the street to look at the sea was great. Sit there with a cocktail and watch the sunset. Best if you have a vehicle but cabs were always around.

Beautiful view spacious apartment!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Communication with Host was great. They arranged all of our transportation. Everything went off without a hitch. We were able to get it early.check in. My only recommendation is to provide more than one key for the property since so many people can stay there. But I do understand that they’ve had previous loss of keys from previous guests.

It is a nice property, but it definitely needed to be cleaned prior to our arrival. Some basic amenities were absent, which made it challenging . Our concerns were addressed and we received some compensation.

Beautiful Glyfada Apartment

Having never been to Athens before I wanted somewhere nice to stay with my family. This apartment is only a short tram ride away from the hustle and bustle of Athens and the more tranquil suburb of Glyfada. Within walking distance you have the beach plus plenty of dining options to make your holiday complete. Air-conditioning was great and the apartment was very clean, will definitely be back. Thank you Mr George for looking after us.

A good stay

A very good location, close to bus stops, small shops and the sea. In fact the sea is a few minutes walk from the apartment. Just across the road. The only problem is that during check in, we were told we were not close to anything and just needed to use taxis, this made it difficult for us to get into Athens the following day for a scheduled tour as there were no taxis to accommodate a family of five. To avoid getting late we had to get two taxis, this could have been avoided should we have been given proper direction and instruction on busses getting into the city. We had asked for transport information when we just arrived but was dismissed as not being close to bus stops. The taxi cards in the apartment are old and numbers on them don’t go anywhere. This was frustrating. The apartment is very spacious but most of the fixtures in the living area like shelves are old and visibly falling off and could do with some uplift on that front. Some lighting didn’t work in the bedrooms when we got there, minor thing but inconvenient. Kitchen is well equipped. Communication with the manager was good before we got there, during our stay I couldn’t reach them in a situation I considered more urgent which was a shame. The beds are spring loaded ones, this gives you an idea depending on how many days you’ve booked. By the way the road close to the apartment is a main road and is in constant use so can be very noisy even in the night, something to consider if you have little ones or you’re like me who likes it quiet when indoors. Overall, a very good apartment that needs some necessary maintenance to keep up its appearance and attraction.
