May 2024 UPDATE: New window for more natural light, brand new bed and mattress, new TV set and furniture!



My place is in the historical center of Athens close to nightlife, public transport, and the city center. You'll love my place because of the neighborhood. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids).



Ideally located, a unique apartment of 70 sq, in a very peaceful neighborhood, with a view over the Acropolis. The apartment is located in the heart of Athens, close to Monastiraki square, with stunning views of Acropolis and Athens.



The area where the apartment is locates is called Psirri, a traditional neighborhood in the historical center of Athens where you can find numerous taverns, restaurants, cafes and bars. It is located on 4th floor of a building.



The apartment was fully renovated in the end of 2016 and we reconstructed it in such a way where someone can enjoy luxury and simplicity at the same time in a fully equipped property. There is a washing machine, a full size oven, a microwave, an iron, a hair dryer, a kettle, nespresso coffee maker and a toaster. You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.



It is also fully furnished with a double very comfortable sofa bed and a unique king size bed equipped with an anatomic mattress with a separate upper mattress. Our goal is to provide an amazing sleep and relaxation to our guests after a tough day , a very important element for unforgettable holidays or business trips . The apartment is also air conditioned and there is wifi connection. The 42" LED TV is smart which can access internet and applications.



The whole apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.



Of course the beds are already made-up, with fresh ironed sheets from top quality brand. Furthermore there are clean towels for every single of you.



Entire property has free Wi-Fi!



Monastiraki is the closest Metro station and the bus station is 100 meters away.





The apartment is very close to Greek traditional taverns, pharmacies, banks and any kind shops. The nearest beach is 8 km away.



The travelers will have the entire space for their own use.

This apartment was the perfect base for our 3 day stay in Athens. It has a stunning view of the Parthenon from the balcony and it is a short walk from Monastiraki square. It is a stone's throw from Iroon square, a bustling little hub where a number of streets meet, all lined with nice restaurants, cafes, bars and shops. Building fronts throughout central Athens are covered in graffiti and the entrance to the apartment is no exception. Do not be put off by this - the neighbourhood is perfectly safe. We walked everywhere at all hours and never encountered a hint of trouble.George was an excellent host. He gave clear and helpful instructions and advice before and during our stay. He made arrangements for our transfers from and to the airport and both drivers were great. The check-in and check-out process was simple and straightforward.

The view of the Acropolis was from a side window and a bit from the balcony. The entry door was covered with graffiti, but not reflective of safe neighborhood. At first the graffiti was concerning but soon became part of the character. The electronic entry worked great, though we had to activate the internet on our phone, that was an expense we had not budgeted for. The coffee maker was different (as from USA) than we were familiar with so instructions would have been helpful. Host and management were both quick to respond to questions. The property manager was helpful arranging for a cab to the port.

This apartment is in a fantastic location. It is very close by to many good restaurants and shopping in Psyri and Monastiraki, while also being just removed enough on the fourth floor to be quiet at night. In fact, we found ourselves enjoying the Psyri and Monastiraki areas more than the famed Plaka (which is also close by). Nearly all of the manjor archaeological points of interest in Athens are also walkable from the apartment which was great for us.The apartment is well equipped, with plenty of amenities provided. The balcony was a great place to relax in the morning before our trips out or at night after we got back and take in the sounds of Athens. Communication with the host was a breeze and they were always very polite and timely with responses. Check in was also easy enough to follow with the Radefy app. I had some connectivity issues with Radefy on my phone a time or two that made unlocking the building door or apartment door take a few tries, but nothing that wasn't fixed quickly by exiting and reopening the app. A lockbox with physical keys is also provided by the host if you have trouble. If I had one other small complaint, it's that the shower could use a shower curtain or shower door to help prevent water splashing throughout the bathroom when showering. But that's not enough to knock off any stars. It's still a great place to stay! Location is everything!

Nice property in the heart of Athens. 1/2 mile from the Acropolis. The host was very responsive to questions and helpful. The living areas of the unit are large and the balcony is too with a nice view. The kitchen is tiny but we didn't cook so it's fine. The bathroom is very tiny. Greece bathrooms are small by American standards but this one is really small. But it worked.

We enjoyed the location and views. The washer broke the first night. They sent someone to look at it. No reply on issue. Less then an hour after leaving we received a message (7:30am) saying it was our fault due to a sock. I did not wash any socks. Not once during our 5 day was this communicated to us. Our card was hit was over 150 in charges. The shower is extremely small and water gets everywhere. We just dealt with it. George did a great job booking our transfers. We felt the washer situation was a scam.

Such a clean and cute place to stay in Athens near the acropolis! Parthenon view and modern comfort!

We absolutely loved our stay at the apartment. It felt very high end and every piece of furniture was very comfortable. Everything you need for a great stay is included. The Psyri neighborhood had a great vibe with TONS of great tavernas and nightlife. There were plenty of shops for anything you needed. It was just a great vibe. And did I mention the VIEW!!! It really is as good as the picture and that is really the view of the Parthenon from the living room and there is also a view from the balcony. We absolutely loved our stay and spent our last day just chilling out in the apartment resting and enjoying the views. A short stroll through the neighborhood led us to one of our best meals of the trip at Avli. Book this apartment!! You will LOVE it!!

Two nights in Athens

Team was super helpful. Don’t be scared by front of building or the street. It is normal and great cafes and bars 100 ft away. 5 minutes to the square. Great view from the side window of the Acropolis. I took the key and had to uber courier it back and they were very understanding of my mistake. All over a great experience. We will be back if they will have us LOL.

Very clean well located property central to all major activities in Athens. Rather an eclectic area with lots of character. Access to the apartment and the building is via digital key so make sure your battery is well charged. Overall, a very good location for a few days in Athens.

Very comfortable accommodation

We spent three days in Athens and really got a feel for the city exploring out of the location close to Omonia square from which we boarded a hop on bus! Lovely restaurants around Psirri square, with a special mention of our favourite breakfast place at #3 Aristophanous! The graffiti on the front door was a little worrisome at first, but it hides the lovely interior of the apartment also from thieves. We had a great experience!
