Nestled in one of Athens' most delightful and pedestrian-friendly neighborhoods, this enchanting cottage serves as an ideal retreat for your Athens adventure. It's a stone's throw away from an array of excellent dining spots, pubs, shops, and the vibrant Five Points. The cottage's proximity to both UGA and downtown Athens, just 2 miles from the Georgia Theatre, offers unmatched convenience for game days, concerts, or campus visits. Embark on a culinary journey with some of Athens' finest eateries en route to your evening entertainment. Favorites include Marker Seven Coastal Grill, Cali n Titos, and George’s Lowcountry Table, among many others.

Guests enjoy full access to a private and spacious home. There is plenty of parking in the driveway. Check-in is convenient and flexible with a keypad. The home is single-level and entered through a side door. It's located two miles from downtown Athens and 1.5 miles from UGA, with Uber and Lyft easily available.

The residence boasts a 55" Smart TV, WiFi access, and a dining area that accommodates four. It features three spacious bedrooms: two furnished with queen-sized beds and the master bedroom with a king-sized bed.

The master bedroom, situated at the back of the house in a split-bedroom layout, includes an en suite bathroom with a dual-sink vanity and a tiled shower. On the other side of the home, two additional bedrooms are located adjacent to a full bathroom. Each bedroom is equipped with a ceiling fan, light fixture, and ample closet space.

In the living room, a sizable and cozy sofa awaits, ideal for nightly socializing. The kitchen comes equipped with a coffee maker, microwave, toaster, electric stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and all essential kitchenware for a delightful dinner gathering. Additionally, there is a laundry room with a washer and dryer.

To top it off, the property features an exceptional outdoor area complete with a firepit and dining tables, making it an excellent spot for savoring a morning coffee or spending an evening with loved ones.
