Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood and very close (easy walking distance) to all the historical sites. A couple of the apartment furnishings were a little tired but otherwise clean and tidy with good wifi. Would stay here again. Plenty of shops, restaurants and access to public transport all within walking distance. Balcony is onto a very small courtyard so not really usable. Bed was very comfortable and absolutely no noise from the street.

it is very well-located, the apartment is nice, and clean although the bathroom could use some work, the sofabed was not the most comfortable but the bad was! and communication could be a lot better. I would still recommend it

This place was hardly upkept. The sink was falling off the wall. Zero water pressure, lucky if you got enough hot water to rinse off. The wifi did NOT work the entire stay!! The owner would not respond to any of the questions. ONLY good thing was the location! 0/10 Stars

The only good thing about this stay was the location. The Wifi didn't work and after messaging multiple times, we never received any assistance. The floors were not swept or cleaned, nor were the other areas. The water pressure is barely there for the shower, and if you do happen to get hot water, it only stays for a few minutes. The bed was very uncomfortable. The kitchen only has some plates and very limited silverware. We stayed twice with a few days between reservations and had this experience both times.

The property was disappointing. Poorly furnished in living area with a single bench with worn material. Front window next to bench easily visual from outside into apartment with worn out shade that wouldn’t close. Bathroom sink counter sagging, had to lift counter for water to drain. Could not flush toilet paper in toilet with a sewage 4” hole beside toilet. Very disappointed with overall upkeep of sparsely furnished apartment. Bed mattress 2” thick and hard. Would not recommend to my worst enemy.

Excellent location, close to Acropolis, restaurants, convenient and quiet. The check in email was received a few hours on the day I checked in. No reply on the message in apps, need to WhatsApp upfront. Wrong password for WIFI is given from email and even at door. WiFi signal is weak but I don’t blame host as it seems everywhere in downtown area. Room and living room is ok. Toilet requires all repair works - mild leakage in toilet and shower head, no lid on drainage which stinks, basin tiled down so water accumulated and were unable to flow. Didn’t use other equipment and washer. Check out time is noon, cleaning lady suddenly came in at 11:45am. I was ready to leave so not a problem but quite weird.

Basic accommodations. Expect a step above youth hostel. Requires upgrades to furniture, especially matress and futon. Bathroom needs attention ( open sewar grate missing, sink does not drain.)

The property is very old. Everything is breaking apart. There was a whole by the toilet that was covered by the small garbage can. The whole place is in poor conditions. The rental price for this property is very expensive for the conditions.

Goed appartement. Bij sommige meubels zie je dat ze of erg veel gebruikt zijn of erg goedkoop waren. Enkele zijn aan vervanging toe. Toen er iets was reageerde ze gelijk en kwamen ze de volgende dag het vervangen. Verder een top locatie. Wifi werkt goed.
