Paleo Faliro is a stylish residential neighborhood in the southern suburbs of Athens and a must destination for swimming in Edem.

Alimos marina and Flisvos marina, each a 5’ drive from the apartment, are great for a walk. The modern marinas hosting private yachts include restaurants, cafes, bars and nautical clubs. Flisvos marina also includes a summer cinema, walking paths, a playground and outdoor fitness equipment.

- 24h check-in option is available for free and you will receive the keys from a lockbox near the building's entrance. If you would like to check-in in person with one of the members of our team , we can arrange it upon request and availability. Please note that a late check-in fee applies for arrivals after 18:00.
