Central Cozy Studio with a Secret Garden

This small but beautiful apartment belongs to our family for almost 40 years. It has been my grandmother's place of stay and has recently come to my hands.

The flat has been totally renovated and redecorated to match our standards. From the bathroom to it's small secret yard you can see the focus on detail. A cosy apartment with minimal decoration and small artistic details. It's a perfect match for those looking to explore Athens and have their sense of privacy.

Just a few meters from the Metro and in-front of Plateia Viktorias square you cannot ask much more in terms of location. Everything you need to see from Athens its a few hundred meters away.

I came with my wife for a week to run the legendary Athens marathon. The accommodation is perfectly located near metro access. All the necessary comfort and more for the stay and our host can be easily contacted to help us. The ease of access to the accommodation is particularly well done. In short, a perfect stay. Excellent, quiet location

The place is ideally situated close to bistros, cafes, and the subway. The area felt very safe to walk around and explore. The room is on the bottom floor which was surprisingly very quiet for such a bustling city. The mosquitoes outside are very hungry so be sure to use spray or citronella as available if spending any time on the patio. The building shares an amazing non-profit for women. Therefore, during the week, you may see a lot of strollers at the entrance, but doorman Yannis is very kind and friendly. The apartment has all of the necessities and anything else I needed, I was able to find at a convenience store nearby. I would highly recommend this place if you want to avoid the high tourist areas as you can still easily access everything from subway.

Perfect stay

The apartment is a real gem in a great little part of the city, right beside a small park with facilities, several restaurants and cafes litterally in the park. A metro station is less than 100m distance, a rolling path leads to the accommodation. The studio is very quiet and clean, equipped for those who want to cook or just make a coffee or tea. Dimitris is the best host you can have in Athens. He is very dedicated to make your stay enjoyable, with great ideas and a tremendous feel of heart. He is happy to share his knowledge about Athens and the whole of Greece. We can highly recommend a stay in this apartment - we will be back.

Great Accommodation!

Dimitris was very easy and helpful to communicate with. This apartment was perfect! has everything you could need, super clean and very quiet. the courtyard is a bonus too! very conveniently located, a few steps away from the train station and a nice 15-20 minute walk into the center. the souvlaki place right near is also very good if you’re too tired to head out again for dinner! would stay again for sure!

Great location and great owner

Due to some travel mixups, we ended up staying here for five nights. The location is awesome-- literally about 50 meters from the metro going in maybe 70 coming from. You enter from a nice little square with benches and restaurants all around-- the restaurants that we tried were really good. The place itself has what you need and is good enough. We loved the little garden to sit in. Most importantly, Dimitris was an excellent host. He communicated and helped us with advice and directions when needed. He was responsive to all of our messages. I would stay here again.

Lovely little central studio

First impressions of the building weren't great but you shouldn't judge a book by its cover 🙂. The studio was modern, comfortable and had absolutely everything you would need and was only minutes from all the sights by metro. Only negative is that the courtyard is surrounded by buildings and doesn't get the sun.

Assez central pour tout faire à pieds, 20 mn de l'Acropole, métro à 2 mn, 2 superettes très proches où l'on trouve de tout également, appartement très calme malgré animation de la place Victoria l'appartement lui même est propre et agréable, surement très frais pour les grosses chaleurs de l'été, le patio est sympa mais n'avons pas pu en profiter pleinement

Joli studio

Le gérant est très sympa. Tout s'est passé comme prévu malgré un petit retard à l'arrivée dû au locataire précédent. Le studio est agréable, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. Le quartier n'est pas le meilleur d'Athènes mais très pratique et proche de toutes commodités et moyens de transport.

Fantastisch verblijf

Het was een fantastisch appartement. Schoon, gezellige woonkamer/ slaapkamer. Een keuken waarin alles was aanwezig om zelf te kunnen koken. Een binnentuintje waar je lekker kon zitten. De lokatie was prima. Aan een leuk plein, vlakbij de metro. Goed contact met de eigenaar. Echt een prima plek.

Well equipped next to the metro

Lovely apartment with everything you would need. Right next to the metro so convenient to get anywhere. Personally I felt safe in the area, and it is away from the usual tourist route which I like, i prefer to see real life rather than other tourists, but a few minutes walk from the archeology museum. Very helpful owners who quickly arranged fixing the window blind as there initially wasn't one in place on the large window. Many thanks.
