Apartment CT3 is a spacious and stylish apartment with a balcony and access to a shared rooftop terrace with Parthenon views.

Designed for comfort, it features a king-size bedroom (which can be split into twins), a large living area with additional sleeping options, and two bathrooms, including one en suite. The two beds in the living room are separated from the main living/kitchen area by a roll-top partition.

Please note that there are a few steps at the building entrance to reach the elevator, and steps from the top floor to access the rooftop terrace.

Ideally located in central Athens, it’s just steps from historic sites, cafés, and shops.

Psirri, our neighbourhood, is lively and historic, known for its unique blend of tradition and modern flair, with charming streets, bold street art, tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries.

Once home to leather workshops, candle makers, and other artisans, Psirri still showcases traditional crafts alongside a vibrant mix of tavernas, bars, and contemporary eateries. Its streets are also famous for bold street art and charming neoclassical architecture.

Just minutes from Monastiraki metro station—with direct links to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port—and situated next to Plaka, Psirri is a perfect base for exploring the city on foot.

Worked wonderfully

Our stay was very comfortable. Plenty of space even when utilizing the 5 beds in the living room. Outside is unassuming but safe, clean and updated inside. Family that stayed near Psirri square were envious of our quieter location.

Great place and wonderful location.

We loved our stay here. Beautiful apartment with great amenities. The location was amazing and we walked to everything. Short 5 min or less walk to tons of shops and restaurants and about a 20min walk to the Acropolis. We would definitely stay here again. Lia was a great communicator and even setup transportation to and from the airport. We highly recommend.

Quick responses to questions. Check in was very efficient. Did a walk through with property manager and he even walked us around the neighborhood to show us where the restaurants and grocery store were. Very clean. Pics are as shown. Felt safe walking around neighborhood. I would recommend the apartment. Close to amenities.

Wonderful location and host!

The property is located just steps away from so many restaurant choices! I found the street art to be incredible to look at. I arranged a taxi from the airport and it was a breeze getting picked up. When I got to the property I was given a walking tour of the area around me and he pointed out different Places to eat as well as landmarks to help me find my way back to the apartment in case I have low battery and didn’t want to use google maps. I’ve been traveling solo for almost 6 weeks and this was the warmest reception I’ve had. The apartment was HUGE, bed incredibly comfy and such a luxury for a washer and DRYER while on my travels. Would absolutely stay again.

Friendly. Beds very comfortable. Clean. Walking distance to many things. We didn't need a car. I only rated location 4 because there were a few abandoned buildings nearby and it was dark. We didn't have any problems but I was on more of alert in that area. We would stay there again and recommend to others.

Wonderful host and location is ideal

Clean apartment that is fully furnished with washer and dryer. Excellent communication with host. Host was very accommodating and took us on a tour around the neighborhood to point out bakery, restaurant recommendations and mini market. Driver Demetris was always available when needed.

Great for family of four. Could accommodate a couple more comfortably. So much to do/see nearby; easy walk to everywhere. Staff was very responsive, helpful, and friendly.

Great location

This apartment is in a great location. When you first pull up to the place it does look like it is in a sketchy area, but you will be happy you picked this place. Lia was super responsive and got back to me within 30 minutes anytime I sent her a question. We had her set up the transfer from the airport and we were very happy we did as we got in late. Dimitrious was waiting for us at the airport, took care of our bags and got us aquatinted with the apartment. Couple of things to note: The hot water heater needs to be switched on about 20 minutes before you shower. Just flip the fuse in the fuse box on the wall by the front door. Next thing, when you walk out the apartment building door, take a right, walk to the end of the street and take a left. Stay on that road and it will take you all the way to Monastraki Square. The road is filled with numerous restaurants, bars, shops and bakeries. The area is quaint and beautiful! We would definitely stay here again!

Location and White Glove service.

We loved our stay in this great apartment in the artist district of Athens. It was close to everything, particularly a fun, vibrant neighbourhood of eateries and shops. Communication with our hosts was easy and immediate before arrival. Our flight was late but Yannis stayed late to make sure we were checked in, gave us a thorough tour of the whole apartment, and then gave us a full tour of the whole neighbourhood and spent 30 minutes walking us around the block and showing us recommended restaurants, the bakery in the grocery store. If we had not had this tour, we would not have nearly as good a time. We managed to hit four of his recommendations and all were Excellent. Particularly the wine bar. Do yourself a favour and stay with these hosts.

Athens get away

Loved the apartment and the little get away from the crowds the location offered. The balcony was a fun place to have coffee and check out the scenery. Rooftop terrace offered a fantastic view of the Acropolis and very special at night. The manager was a great help to us!!

Great location with easy access to everything we wanted

We enjoyed a great week in this lovely apartment. We were able to travel easily to everywhere we wanted without need of a car and it was very quiet at night despite central location. Had intended to eat in often but the range of restaurants within walking distance frequently tempted us out with their delicious food, reasonable prices and friendly staff. Thanks Costos for ensuring that we were comfortable and all our needs were met.

Casa accogliente, proprietari ospitali e cordiali, sei a tuo agio. Consiglio vivamente di soggiornare in tale abitazione centrale, vicino alla metro che collega l'aeroporto, a piedi raggiungi il Partenone e tutti i musei. Situata in un quartiere accogliente e bello da vivere. Siamo stati bene.

Great, great great!

Could not have wished for more. Very helpful staff located close by. Very comfortable and spacious unit. Location was outstanding for walking and enjoying the city. We used the recommended taxi service from the airport and were met there on arrival, and then driven straight to our VRBO. I would highly recommend this if you are not familiar with the city streets. I strongly recommend this unit, and the services of the owner.
