The apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building with a security door and an elevator. Please note that there are a few stairs before reaching the elevator.

Despite its lively atmosphere, Kypseli remains a peaceful and welcoming area, making it an ideal spot to relax and explore the city like a local.

Many bus lines nearby, 15 minutes to the city center, and 18 minutes to the metro station. Short walks to Fokion Negri Street, Agios Georgios Square, and Pedion tou Areos park.

The apartment has a heating system and a washing machine- perfect for short- and mid-term stays!

- Please do not throw any toilet paper or sanitary items in the toilet, please use the bin provided. All Greek drainage is not suited to waste and it would clog the drainage, if such clog happens, the guest will be charged the cost of repair.

- Smoking is allowed only at the balconies. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited, and may cause a fine.

- The tap water is drinkable.

- No loud music between the hours 14:00-17:00 and after 23:00 out of respect to the
neighborhood.
