This modern and gorgeous 6th-floor penthouse is a highly desirable and unique rental in the Monastiraki area of Athens. It is fully renovated using quality and contemporary materials. The space is immaculate, cozy, and simply lovely!

There are two well-appointed and stylish, hotel-style bedroom with a double/queen bed of each one and one sofa bed into the one bedroom. All necessary linens are included for your convenience. There is also a comfortable, single sofa bed in the bedroom for one additional guest for a total of 6 in this apartment.

You'll be equally impressed with the one bathroom's modern, high-quality features. (Check out the shower!)

The open-plan, L-shaped living and dining areas connect to the great kitchen and the balcony where you can dine al fresco soaking up the views! All of the furnishings and details throughout the apartment are new, stylish, and serve to enhance your experience further while staying in this unit! Staying here is like staying in a sophisticated hotel suite with an unmatched!

Be ready to appreciate the penthouse's modern and stunning kitchen! It is well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals - such as pots, pans, dishes, cutlery, etc. You'll also find quality small appliances such as coffee maker and microwave. There's even a table for four in the kitchen!

If you want to experience Athenian-life, spend some time out on the private balcony! There is a full-sized dining table out there and a fun chair swing! We suggest you enjoy a nice aperitif in the evening once the Acropolis lights come on. Life is good here!

The Athens area of Monastiraki is a central area. You're not likely to find hordes of tourists here, even though it's only about a 5 minute walk from Syntagma Square. It's within the boundaries of Ardettos Hill, the First Cemetery of Athens and the Temple of Olympian Zeus.

We wanted to inform you in advance that there are currently construction works ongoing near the apartment. While these are part of city-wide efforts to improve our neighborhood, they can occasionally create noise during daytime hours on weekdays. We understand how important peace and comfort are during your travels, and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We appreciate your understanding. We would like to inform you about an important regulation mandated by the Greek government. From April to October, all guests are required by law to pay an Environmental Fee. This fee cannot be included in the booking price and must be collected separately before arrival, as stipulated by the Greek authorities.

The fee is:

€8 per night for apartments

€15 per night for villas

Please note:

This amount is not a charge from us, and we do not profit from it in any way.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.

Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.

Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.

We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
