I had a great stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well organize. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check in was fast. Beautifully decorated modern place. The apartment is big and fully equipped. Has big kitchen and all you need to stay there for short or long time. Bathroom was super big and all marbled. Breakfast was delicious and the coffee amazing. We had daily maid to change towels and clean everything. The hotel is located very central and you walk 5-15 min to get everywhere in the downtown. We definitely will stay here again if ever come back to Athens .

Lots of really friendly helpful staff around. Place was clean and very spacious. Breakfast was delicious with many options, the fresh juice pressed in front of you with 4-5 oranges per glass, and the huge portion of traditional greek yogurt (ask for some honey) was exceptional, only the omelette was bland. The area feels a bit dodgy at night but to be honest the whole city has a dodgy vibe after dark.

We had such a wonderful time in Athens Warehouse Boutique. The apartment is well located in the downtown of Athens in short distance from literally everything. Cozy, new and well decorated. Very comfortable mattresses and fully equipped kitchen which, was good add to the whole experience. Daily cleaning and very polite staff. Breakfast at the Breakfast and brunch “Mad Berry”, a street coffee shop, was delicious. The hotel apartment building has security 24/7. Safe even at night. It can looks little dodgy at night but is safe as the hotel is surrounded by few other big hotels and tourists are walking out all the time. However, we love everything about our stay in Athens. We definitely will be back and recommend to everyone wiling to have safe and smooth vacation in Athens

Omonoias war eine Gegend, die mich tatsächlich als erstes überrascht hat, da ich mich online da drüber nicht informiert habe, aber Panos der Manager ist sehr lieb und zuvorkommend. Das gilt genauso für das ganze Personal an MAD Barry, die das Frühstück bereitstellen. Über mein Zimmer konnte ich mich auch nicht beschweren. Der Smart TV hat mir ermöglicht meine Serien auch auf Reisen zu schauen kurz und knapp, der Aufenthalt hat mir sehr gefallen.

This was my second time in Athens so though I’m not an expert I am familiar and experienced with the city. The hotel staff was both kind and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and I enjoyed sitting outside. The hotel is about a three minute walk from Omonoia Square metro stop which, if you’re familiar with the metro system, makes getting around Athens easy. I will say that this is not a place for children to stay because of the economic impact that has hit Greece there are some things that happen in the as area that children should not be exposed to. So if you’re traveling with children I recommend staying near the Plaka, Acropoli, monastiraki, Sygrou–Fix, or Syntagma which are more touristy areas. However I always felt safe, there was a door man there at all times and Mike is wonderful at helping meet guests needs. As a member of the LGBT+ community I never felt uncomfortable or excluded which I found comforting. As with any large city in Europe I recommend always using precautions when traveling out day or night. There was a balcony for smoking or just sitting outside. I would stay here again.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at this place! The apartment is incredibly comfortable and well-equipped, making it feel like a home away from home. The breakfast at the café is simply amazing, and the music creates such a relaxing and pleasant atmosphere. The location is perfect — everything is within walking distance, including all the main attractions, restaurants, and even the Acropolis. What really stood out was the 24-hour security — it made me feel completely safe and cared for throughout my stay, and the staff is always available and attentive. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone visiting the area. Truly a fantastic experience!

La habitación estaba limpia, el servicio de limpieza de la habitación es impecable, el desayuno es atendido de manera agradable y profesional por un simpático camarero. Los encargados de recepción y seguridad son atentos y muy agradables. La verdad es que el barrio es algo conflictivo pero está muy bien comunicado y no tuvimos ningún problema en la estancia.
