You will absolutely love staying in this spacious apartment in Ellinikon, designed to offer ample space for you and your fellow travelers to relax and unwind. Perfectly suited for up to 3 guests, this apartment ensures a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The apartment features 2 tranquil bedrooms with amazing beds that promise a rejuvenating sleep, air conditioning to adjust the temperature to your liking, and spacious wardrobes to keep your belongings neatly organized.

The full bathroom is sleek, functional, and equipped with everything you need for a refreshing experience, including hot water, shampoo, and shower gel. Plus, a washer is available for your laundry needs.

The open floor plan seamlessly combines the kitchen, living, and dining areas into a great space for gatherings. *General House Rules
Please note the following house rules for all Athenean Experience properties:
• Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
• Guests must be 18 years or older to book a stay.
• A valid ID or passport number (or AFM number for local guests) is required for check-in

*Pet Policy:
Please note that pets are not permitted at any of our Athenean Experience properties.

*Baby Cot Policy:
For your family’s comfort, a baby cot and high chair are available upon request.

*Airport Transfer:
To make your arrival smooth and stress-free, our Athenean Experience Transfer Team will be happy to arrange your airport transfer — available upon request.

*Key policy:
Guests are provided with one pair of keys.
If keys are lost or forgotten, guests will be charged 30euros for the cost of a lock change.

If a guest leaves the key inside the lock from the inside and access cannot be gained using a spare key, a locksmith will need to be called. In such cases, the cost of the locksmith service will be the responsibility of the guest.
We kindly ask all guests to avoid leaving the key in the interior side of the lock to prevent this situation.

There are 14 parking spots available for the entire building, on a first-come, first-served basis. Additionally, free street parking is available.
