Located in a 1930’s neoclassical building, directly in front of the Temple of Olympian Zeus, this masterfully completely renovated residence is a superb choice for your next stay in Athens.

Within less than 50 meters distance from the pedestrian walkway leading to all important Athenian must visits, including the Acropolis Museum (3 min walk), the Acropolis and its Parthenon (5 min walk) and the Ancient and Roman Agora’s, as well as the Plaka (5min walk), this spectacular and spacious 3 bedroom/3 bath residential jewel also features a living room with a convertible large sofa bed with a full mattress, high ceilings, and wooden floors. A perfectly comfortable home for 2 up to even 8 guests.

The two bedrooms feature a large double bed each, and the third bedroom two twin beds, all with American imported mattresses and furnished with high-quality linens and pillows for the ultimate sleeping experience. All bedrooms offer large smart TVs, individual stereo system with USB doors and ample closet space. The living room features two comfortable sofa beds one of which turns into an extra comfortable double bed making this home suitable for 8 guests. And a large smart TV with surround sound system. Both double bedrooms and the living room share a magnificent view of the ancient temple of Zeus.
The residence also features a fully equipped kitchen including stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, Nespresso coffee machine, teapot with free English tea, filter coffee maker, kettle and toaster. There is a separate service room equipped with a washing machine, iron and ironing table and space for luggage storage. The bathrooms are equipped with towels, soaps, shampoos, conditioners, shower gels, and two blow dryers. The bathroom amenities are provided by the renowned Greek brand “Korres”. The dining room area can accommodate up to 10 for a complete meal. The house is centrally heated during the winter months and furnished with air-conditioning units for the summer.

The perfect starting point for you to walk everywhere you want without the need of transportation. Our residence will immediately make you feel like a local!

Wonderful spacious apartment. We wished we could have stayed longer. The beds were a dream. The apartment was on the 2nd floor overlooking a busy street but the double-paned windows kept it very quiet. The beautiful antique elevator worked great and so did the a/c during a very hot week in July. One nice touch: bottles of cold water in the fridge!If you plan to use the all-in-one washer/dryer, please ask for instructions in English unless you read Greek. We could never get the dryer portion to work so we used the drying racks. The apartment was very close to one of the entrances of the Acropolis and to many restaurants and shops. The Hop On/Hop Off Bus was just a block up the street and we walked to many places--especially the Plaka area. To get to Monestraki, we used Uber and/or taxis but discovered we could not call one for six people--only four.
This is the building and the entrance is the black door between the Indian restaurant and the InstaCar business.

Greek holiday

Spacious accommodations in a great location. Beds were super comfortable, and the bathrooms were large with great water pressure. Had plenty of room for our group of 6. Would definitely stay again!

Excellent choice

Highly recommend this property! The apartment was very spacious, clean, and close to many sites and tour companies. The Plaka area is maybe a block behind the property and there is a metro station very close by. Contact with the property was very fast and they were always very helpful with answering our questions. Will definitely stay here again if we get back to Athens!

Great for families

I highly recommend this apartment. We spent 3 days with our family and grandchildren. It is the perfect location for walking to the Acropolis and numerous delicious restaurants. The Plaka is packed in the evenings but pleasant and quiet in the mornings.

Very nice apartment located in a very nice area

This property is very nice, clean and centrally located. We are from the US and did have a bit of an issue trying to figure out the appliances that were in Greek. The only real issue we had was with the kitchen. It is not set up for doing any real cooking. After our stay, I was informed I could have asked for more items to be brought to the apartment. That would have been good information to have from the start.

Loved this apartment! 5 minute walk to Acropolis Museum, across the street from Temple of Zeus, and lots of restaurants within 3 blocks. Rooms were very clean, beds very comfortable, and nice amenities provided. Lots of comfortable seating for our group of six.Would definitely stay here again!

Quick Stay in Athens

We stayed for 2 nights before flight home from Athens. The location is great for a quick trip, near the Acropolis and museum as well as lots of shops and restaurants in the Plaka. Apartment was as advertised with great AC. We would stay again!

Classy place in a great location!

My mother, sisters and brothers-in-law (7 of us total) stayed here for just one evening before leaving for a cruise the next day. I really wish we would have booked it for longer. It was very classy and modern. It looks even better than the pictures on the posting. It was clean, comfortable and in a great location. Many attractions, shops and restaurants were within walking distance. The little elevator was nice to get luggage up to the 2nd floor. The communication the week before and the day of arrival was excellent. We also worked with them for transportation from the airport to the rental and also from the rental to the cruise port. The transportation was perfect (even if we had a late flight due to the Microsoft meltdown). We had never been to Greece before and the organization of the transportation, the friendliness of the driver and a great place to stay helped to ease any nervousness about being in an unfamiliar place. I would highly recommend this rental.
